Your responsibilities :

• Diagnose communication issues involving *RS232, TCP/IP, Ethernet, SSH, and other protocols

• Integrate AV equipment such as displays, projectors, switchers, lighting systems, and third-party devices
• Develop and work with control applications using *Python 3

• Support customers with system setup and resolve software and hardware issues
• Deliver technical training to AV programmers and customers
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to escalate complex cases and provide feedback for product improvements
• Stay up to date with developments in AV technology, networking, control systems, and industry standards

Requirements

You are a technically strong problem-solver who understands how different AV, software, and network components work together.Ideally, you bring: - Proven experience with *professional AV system integration and control programming

• *Strong experience with control platforms such as Crestron, AMX, QSC, or similar

• *Solid Python 3

• programming skills

• Good understanding of networking: *TCP/IP, Ethernet, IP addressing, NAT, and routers

• *Experience with communication protocols such as RS232/RS422, SSH, and web sockets

• *Knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and SQL databases

• *Experience with AV technical support, system design, and/or field commissioning

• *A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field

• *Fluent English communication skills

• *A structured and methodical approach to troubleshooting

As Senior Manager Distributor Markets EMEA, you will own the commercial performance and development of the distributor business across multiple markets. Requirements

What you will bring to the table: - 8 - 10 years of progressive experience in international sales, distributor management (must-have) and business development.

• Proven experience working across multiple EMEA markets and South America within the sports, apparel, footwear, or outdoor environment is mandatory.
• A proven track record of developing distributor networks and delivering profitable international growth.
• Experience identifying new markets, establishing partnerships and taking businesses into new territories or channels.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience with P&L, forecasting, pricing and business planning.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills across different cultures and organisational levels.
• A strategic mindset combined with the ability to get into the detail and make things happen.
• Experience leading and developing international or cross-border teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.

In this role, you will combine supplier management, project management, operational excellence and strategic stakeholder management to ensure high service levels, cost efficiency, quality and GDP compliance. Key Responsibilities - Ensure supply, meet service levels and stay within budget in a GDP compliant way.

• Develop, select and implement cold chain solutions.
• Perform regular performance and business reviews with supply chain partners on current business, escalations, reporting and improvements.
• Support internal stakeholders in escalating issues to supply chain partners by maintaining excellent relationships with third parties on appropriate management level.
• Maintain and manage agreements with supply chain partners.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Change Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of logistics experience, including supplier management.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, cold chain and warehousing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, independent and results-oriented with a strong continuous-improvement mindset.
• GMP and GDP knowledge is highly preferred!
• Experience in operational tools like six sigma, FMEA and SAP.
• Good technical writing skills.
• Ability to travel around 25 %, typically twice per month for two to three-day trips across Europe.
