Verantwoordelijkheden

Ben jij taalvaardig, analytisch en krijg je energie van het helpen van ondernemers? In de functie partnerservice in Utrecht werk je voor Bol, vanuit een moderne omgeving met de mogelijkheid om deels hybride te werken.

Waarom deze baan bij jou past:

Je bouwt dagelijks aan je kennis van e-commerce, data-analyse en klantcommunicatie. Je leert hoe online retailers groeien op een groot platform en ontwikkelt vaardigheden die later ook passen bij functies als accountmanager, e-commerce specialist of consultant. Je krijgt een uitgebreid inwerktraject, vaste startmomenten (28 april of 1 juni) en veel ruimte om vragen te stellen en mee te denken over verbeteringen.

Daarnaast profiteer je van goede arbeidsvoorwaarden: een uurloon van €17,88 (circa €3.111 bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur), 8,33% vakantiegeld, opbouw van 10% vakantie-uren, volledige OV-vergoeding, thuiswerkvergoeding en de intentie op een vast contract bij 32 tot 40 uur per week.

Jouw werkzaamheden als partnerservice:

• Relatiebeheer:
• Je hebt dagelijks contact met verkooppartners, luistert naar hun doelen en vragen en zorgt voor een prettige, professionele samenwerking.
• Onboarding van nieuwe partners:
• Je begeleidt nieuwe ondernemers stap voor stap bij het inrichten van hun winkel, zodat zij snel orders kunnen ontvangen.
• Content optimalisatie:
• Je bekijkt productpagina's, geeft tips over titels, foto's en beschrijvingen en legt uit hoe partners hun zichtbaarheid en conversie kunnen verhogen.
• Data-analyse:
• Je gebruikt dashboards en prestatiescores om kansen en knelpunten te signaleren en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties voor de partner.
• Probleemoplossing:
• Je pakt complexe cases op, stemt waar nodig af met collega's en zorgt voor een duidelijke, snelle terugkoppeling naar de ondernemer.

Wat we je bieden
