Who you are
As a customer service representative, you are a pillar of stability for your team and our partners. No fixed processes? No problem; you thrive in a dynamic environment and switch effortlessly between priorities. When things are quiet, you don’t just sit around—you proactively come up with plans to improve the work. You have exceptional communication skills, possess a great deal of empathy, and love spending hours improving the system.

• You speak and write English
• You speak and write German
• You are available 40 hours a week
• You can travel to the location in Amsterdam
• You have over two years of experience in Customer Service

What will you do
As a Customer Service Specialist, you coach agents, monitor quality, and step in yourself whenever necessary. You might spend up to six hours a day on the phone with restaurant partners, providing support and strengthening relationships. You constantly communicate with top international managers in English and adjust course as daily priorities shift. You and your team run the show!
