You are a precise professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes. Because you will communicate frequently with the headquarters in China and international stakeholders, it is essential that you master both Mandarin and English. You think in solutions and enjoy mastering new systems quickly.

• you have a bachelor's degree and preferably 0 to 2 years of work experience working in HR
• you speak and write fluent Mandarin and English
• you are highly skilled with computer software such as Excel and PowerPoint
• you work accurately and have a strong sense of responsibility

In this role, you are the central point for the administration of our external staff across the Benelux and Ireland. You ensure that invoices are correct and that all processes regarding hiring run smoothly. You work closely with your colleagues to improve workflows and ensure the administration is always up to date.

• you verify monthly invoices and administration for approximately 120 external personnel
• you help develop and document practical work processes within the department
• you provide training and guidance to other departments on how to handle invoices correctly
• you support the team by processing general, non-sensitive HR data

Voor een internationale speler binnen duurzame energie zoeken wij één of twee gedreven Solution Managers die het verschil willen maken in de snelgroeiende solar markt.

Daarnaast breng je mee:

• hbo- of wo-opleiding in Elektrotechniek, Duurzame Energie, Energy Systems of vergelijkbaar
• 1–3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen solar/PV, energieopslag, EV charging of een technische pre-sales rol
• affiniteit met channel sales of werken met installateurs en partners
• analytisch sterk en in staat om technische oplossingen praktisch te vertalen
• communicatief vaardig en relatiegericht
• vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels

Als Solution Manager ondersteun je klanten en partners bij het ontwerpen en realiseren van slimme solarprojecten. Je bent de technische sparringpartner tijdens het hele pre-sales traject.

Je houdt je bezig met:

• geven van technisch advies en pre-sales ondersteuning
• begeleiden van testen, workshops en technische sessies met klanten
• optimaliseren van systeemontwerpen en verlagen van projectkosten (CAPEX)
• samenwerken met accountmanagers aan offertes en aanbestedingen
• signaleren en oplossen van technische issues tijdens projecten
• fungeren als brug tussen techniek, sales en klant

You’re a curious and motivated engineer who enjoys working hands-on with technology. You’re a natural problem-solver, a strong communicator, and someone who can work both independently and as part of a team. You have:

• a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• at least 1 year of experience with energy products, especially energy storage solutions (preferred)
• basic knowledge of areas like electrical engineering, electrochemistry, materials, automation, or temperature control
• understanding of EU environmental regulations (especially carbon reporting and producer responsibility)
• strong learning skills, adaptability and you have strong communication skills in English (Chinese is a bonus)
• you can work under pressure, meet deadlines, and stay organized
• you are eligible to live and work in the Netherlands

As a operation & maintenance delivery, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of advanced energy products such as solar (PV) systems, data centers, and energy storage solutions. Your day-to-day work will be diverse, hands-on, and impactful. Here’s what you can expect:

• monitor and troubleshoot systems in real time, identifying and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation
• perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities, using both physical inspections and digital tools to keep systems operating efficiently
• collaborate closely with cross-functional teams during product deployment, providing on-the-ground technical support during installation, setup, and commissioning phases
• assist in developing and refining IT tools for digital maintenance, helping to build smarter, more automated maintenance systems that improve long-term performance
• support the creation and rollout of best practices and standard procedures for operations and maintenance, ensuring consistency and high quality across sites and teams
• gather feedback from the field, report recurring issues, and help inform design improvements for future product versions based on real-world use cases
• share your expertise with team members and stakeholders, acting as a knowledge resource for energy storage systems, contributing to internal training and technical documentation
