WILA is een toonaangevend bedrijf in de vervaardiging van gereedschap met moderne CNC machines en robots. Je werkt in een geautomatiseerde productiecel waar precisie en kwaliteit voorop staan. Als Operator productiecel Tooling ben je verantwoordelijk voor het produceren van producten volgens specificaties met onze Robot Manufacturing Cels (RMC's). Je bewaakt het productieproces en zorgt ervoor dat producten correct worden opgespannen en bewerkt. Samen met je ploeg zorg je voor een efficiënt en veilig productieproces. Bij WILA krijg je de kans om mee te denken over verbeteringen en door te groeien naar CNC operator productiecel.

Functie-inhoud

• Produceren van producten volgens specificaties met Robot Manufacturing Cels (RMC's)
• Bewaken van het productieproces bij geautomatiseerde cellen
• Controleren van producten op maatvoering en kwaliteit
• Opspannen van producten voor bewerking in de cel
• Meedenken in verbeteringen en optimalisaties

Functie-eisen

• Een afgeronde MBO 3 opleiding bij voorkeur richting metaal of techniek
• Ambitie om jezelf in de toekomst te ontwikkelen d.m.v. een BBL- of vakgerichte opleiding
• Leergierig en bereid om in teamverband te werken
• In staat om technische tekeningen te lezen
• Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust
• Bereid om in ploegendienst te werken
• Spreekt en begrijpt de Nederlandse taal

Wat ga je doen?

Ben jij een vakman of vakvrouw die energie krijgt van precisiewerk en graag werkt met moderne CNC-machines? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou.

Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een Verspaner die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en trots is op het maken van hoogwaardige onderdelen. Je komt terecht in een hecht team van vier verspaners, waar samenwerking, vakmanschap en kwaliteit centraal staan. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je werkt aan unieke onderdelen en kleine series voor machines die wereldwijd worden ingezet.

Wat ga je doen?

• Programmeren en bedienen van CNC-machines (Siemens, Fanuc en Heidenhain).
• Produceren van enkelstuks en kleine series vanaf technische tekeningen.
• Bewerken van materialen zoals RVS, brons, kunststof en aluminium.
• Controleren van de kwaliteit van geproduceerde onderdelen.
• Uitvoeren van eventuele nabewerkingen.
• Bewaken van de voorraad grondstoffen.
• Werken volgens de planning en bijdragen aan een efficiënt productieproces.
• Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de werkplaats.
• Samenwerken met collega's van engineering, assemblage en service.

Onze opdrachtgever is een technisch bedrijf in de regio Hilversum dat gespecialiseerd is in het ontwerpen, bouwen en onderhouden van machines voor de voedingsmiddelen-, farmaceutische en chemische industrie.

Wie ben je?

• Een afgeronde technische opleiding richting verspaning, werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar, óf relevante werkervaring.
• Ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen.

Wat mag je verwachten?

As a Hightech Operator, you play a key role in ensuring that high-tech components and products meet the highest quality standards before moving to the next stage of production. You will work in a modern and controlled cleanroom environment where precision, quality, and technical expertise are essential. Your responsibilities include:

• Inspecting incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet strict quality specifications;
• Cleaning components using ultrasonic cleaning equipment and ensuring proper drying procedures are followed;
• Removing weld discoloration from stainless steel components to meet customer and product requirements;
• Performing light CNC-related operations, machine adjustments, and basic machine monitoring where required;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions;
• Packaging finished products in a controlled cleanroom environment according to strict procedures and quality standards;
• Preparing shipping labels and production documentation to support the logistics process;
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to cleanroom protocols.

what will you do
Your machine, your responsibility! As a CNC Brake Press Operator, you shape sheet metal every day. You make sure every part is perfect for the farming machines used by farmers all over the world. You work with a sharp eye for detail and quality. Do you have experience with press machines, knowledge of safety, or a background in metalworking? Then you are the person we are looking for!

• Operating manual and/or CNC bending machines to shape sheet metal.
• Checking the measurements and quality of the finished products.
• Reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Performing basic maintenance on machines and tools.
• Reporting any mistakes or technical issues to your supervisor.
