Als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en bewaken van transporten. Je schakelt gedurende de dag met verschillende partijen en zorgt ervoor dat logistieke processen soepel blijven verlopen.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Contact onderhouden met transporteurs en het aanmelden van zendingen;
• Plannen, coördineren en bewaken van transportopdrachten;
• Verzorgen van de logistieke administratie en rittenplanning;
• Coördineren van leveringen aan klanten en andere locaties;
• Bewaken van levertijden, kwaliteit en doorlooptijden;
• Afstemmen met interne afdelingen over planning en transport;
• Meedenken over een efficiënte planning en belading;
• Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten binnen het logistieke proces.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je bent continu aan het schakelen en krijgt te maken met veranderende planningen en verschillende prioriteiten.
