Wie ben jij
Jij bent een enthousiaste, ondernemende student die niet kan wachten om de uitzendbranche te veroveren. Je stapt makkelijk op mensen af, denkt in kansen en vindt het leuk om elke dag met tientallen verschillende mensen te schakelen.

• Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands.
• Beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week.
• Je zoekt een stage voor minimaal 20 weken.
• Je volgt een relevante mbo- of hbo-studie.
• Je bent leergierig en denkt commercieel mee.

Wat ga je doen
Je start je dag met een goede kop koffie en een lach. Samen met je stagebegeleider neem je de dag door, want geen dag is hier hetzelfde! Jij helpt mensen aan een baan én bedrijven aan toppers. Je staat de hele dag door in nauw contact met zowel kandidaten als klanten. Het ene moment schrijf je een sprankelende vacature tekst en bel je kandidaten voor een intake, het andere moment pak je de telefoon voor een klant over een openstaande aanvraag of ondersteun je bij vette wervingsacties. Je leert de fijne kneepjes van het HR- en salesvak en gaat mee op bedrijfsbezoek om de relatie met onze klanten te versterken. Vanaf dag één word je warm opgenomen in ons team en krijg je volop de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Werkplezier én meester worden in het vak, dat is het doel!

Waar ga je werken
Bij Tempo-Team Maastricht staat werkplezier altijd voorop, er is veel ruimte voor een grapje, maar we stropen ook samen de mouwen op. Jouw focus ligt echt op de bruisende regio Maastricht, maar we werken heel nauw samen met ons gezellige buurteam in Sittard waar we 2 keer per week zitten. Je krijgt er dus in één klap nóg een hoop leuke collega's bij! Ons kantoor in Maastricht ligt op slechts 2 minuten lopen van het station. Of je nu met de trein, bus of de fiets komt: je bent er echt zo. En ga je op klantbezoek door de regio? Dan regelen we dat ook!

what will you do
As a stakeholder you will coordinate resolution of customs disputes according to escalation procedures.
You also contribute knowledge and expertise toward resolving reoccurring advanced duty collection issues.
you will constantly communicate with OPS, SVC's and Gateways where shipments are being held for payment.

• Actively promote and ensure DHL trading terms and conditions are being met by the customer;
• Resolve reoccurring collection issues;
• Maintain efficient record of collection activities;
• Drive debt collections;
• Monitor credit accounts and limits and report delinquent customers to Team Leader for review and action.

The experts in the team ensure that epics can be prioritized and executed in a consistent, transparent and professional way. The role of the PMO Officer is to support epic sponsors and epic owners in initiating, structuring and executing epics in line with the portfolio governance. The team works closely with others, both on Business and IT side.

• Continuously enhance the CAC portfolio management process, integrating both Waterfall and Scaled Agile frameworks;
• Define and optimize portfolio templates (e.g. epic hypothesis, charter, closure document);
• Oversee the completion of key portfolio activities (e.g., initiation, sponsor identification, epic owner selection, resource allocation) across Kanban phases;
• Provide guidance to epic sponsors and owners on defining and setting up epics, ensuring clarity on goals, deliverables, scope, timeline, cost estimates, and risks;
• Support facilitation of portfolio events (e.g. analysis kick-off, approval for analysis and implementing, status updates, epic closure);
• Ensure timely and consistent monthly reporting on epics and programs;
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to new epic owners, sponsors, and other epic team members.
