Over de functie

In deze functie al operator ga je aan de slag in 2 ploegen in de food. Jij bent onmisbaar als operator! De functie is afwisselend binnen een internationaal team met een gemoedelijke sfeer. Je gaat de volgende werkzaamheden tegenkomen:

• Je zorgt voor het opstarten, ombouwen van machines en bewaken van het productieproces
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verhelpen en voorkomen van storingen, in overleg met de meewerkend voorman;
• Je neemt monsters, analyseert deze en voert regelmatig proces- en kwaliteitscontroles uit;
• Je vult lijsten in en houdt de kwaliteit hoog;
• Je verricht ombouw- en reinigingswerkzaamheden;
• Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van de productieplanning;
• Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het verzekeren en controleren van de kwantiteit en kwaliteit van de productie;
• Je gaat werken in 2 ploegen, de werktijden zijn van 06:00 uur tot 15:00 uur en van 15:00 uur tot 00:00 uur.

Wat wij vragen

• Je hebt ervaring als operator en binnen de food is een pré;
• Je hebt een geldig heftruckcertificaat of kunt deze op korte termijn opnieuw behalen, wellicht via Trixxo;
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse of Poolse taal;
• Je hebt ervaring met HACCP (pré);
• Je werkt graag in teamverband.

Als Senior Operator op de pasteurisatieafdeling ben je het belangrijkste operationele aanspreekpunt voor jouw ploeg in een dynamische voedselproductieomgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het pasteuriseren van vloeibare eiproducten, het ondersteunen en begeleiden van collega’s en het waarborgen dat alle processen veilig, efficiënt en volgens strikte kwaliteits- en hygiënenormen verlopen. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

• Bedienen en monitoren van pasteurisatieapparatuur voor vloeibare eiproducten volgens klantspecificaties
• Aansturen en coördineren van een team van 2 operators tijdens de dienst
• Controleren en bijsturen van processen via het SCADA (Citect) systeem
• Zorgen voor naleving van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen (HACCP / BRC)
• Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen en ondersteunen van een soepel productieproces
• Uitvoeren van basis kwaliteitscontroles zoals temperatuurmetingen, kalibraties en productcontroles

• Ochtenddienst: 06:00 – 14:45
• Middagdienst: 14:45 – 23:30
