Wie ben jij
Als inpakker bij LCG herken je jezelf in de volgende punten:

• Je bent fysiek in staat om aan de productielijn te staan en glazen in te pakken;
• Je bent minimaal 165 cm (ivm veiligheid);
• Je bent minimaal 18 jaar (ivm werktijden);
• Je bent minimaal 3 dagen per week beschikbaar;
• Je spreekt Nederlands of Engels;
• Je kunt in Leerdam werken;
• Je bent bereid om beschikbaar te zijn om in de nachtdienst te werken. Daarnaast kan je ook dagdiensten werken!

Wat ga je doen
Als inpakker ga je aan de slag in een dynamische glasfabriek waar het werk nooit stilstaat; de productie draait hier namelijk 24/7 door. ✨ Het is een fascinerend proces om te zien hoe de gloeiende ovens continu nieuw glaswerk maken! 🔥 Zodra de glazen klaar zijn, rollen ze via de transportband jouw kant op. Jouw taak? De glazen vlot van de band pakken en netjes in dozen inpakken. 📦 Vervolgens stapel je deze dozen op pallets, waarna een collega ze met de heftruck ophaalt. Dankzij jouw inzet worden de bestellingen op tijd geleverd aan IKEA en kunnen de klanten daar straks met een glimlach hun nieuwe glazen kopen! 😃

• Bij LCG wordt in ploegen gewerkt. Je bent in ieder geval beschikbaar voor de nachtdienst: 21:45-05:45.
• Je kan ook kiezen voor werken in meer diensten: de ochtenddienst 05:45-13:45 of de middagdienst 13:45-21:45.

Who you are
As a production employee, you meet the following requirements:

• You are available at least 3 days a week;
• You are at least 18 years old due to working hours;
• You have your own accommodation in the area of Leerdam;
• You speak English or Dutch;
• You are physically fit to pack the glasses at a fast pace;
• You can work at least in the night shift: 21:45-05:45;
• You can work preferably one other extra shift from: 05:45-13:45 or 13:45-21:45.

What will you do
Step into the heart of our Leerdam glassworks! As a production employee you will work in the glass factory where drinking glasses are produced.✨ When the glasses are produced, they are transported by production line. You and 3 to 5 colleagues will stand along the production line to pick the glasses from the line. You will expertly pack them into boxes. After that, you will stack the boxes onto pallets.📦From there, the forklift team with pick the pallets and load them into trucks for transport to the stores. Where will you work
As a production employee you find yourself in a Valhalla of glasses. You work in the factory of Leerdam Crisal Glass. These glasses will be made ready for transport to the biggest client IKEA! Wat ga je doen
Zorg jij als magazijnmedewerker ervoor dat Ikea een nieuwe lading drinkglazen krijgt? De glazen worden geproduceerd in de fabriek in Leerdam. Vervolgens worden ze naar het magazijn in Gorinchem gebracht. Jij bent diegene die de glazen met een speciale handleiding in dozen stopt. Daarna stapel je ze netjes op pallets. Zo zijn de glazen helemaal klaar voor je collega op de heftruck om ze op te halen. En dankzij jouw snelle werk, kunnen we ze op tijd naar de IKEA sturen. Dat is pas teamwork!

Waar ga je werken
Als magazijnmedewerker bij het distributiecentrum van LCG kom je terecht in een superleuk en divers team. Jong, oud, verschillende culturen – iedereen hoort erbij! Je werkt nooit alleen, maar altijd met 1 tot 3 gezellige collega’s. Dat maakt het werk niet alleen leuk, maar ook lekker vlot. Iedereen kent elkaar, dus het voelt echt als een tweede familie. De sfeer is geweldig en het werk is altijd gezellig! Natuurlijk wordt er ook flink doorgewerkt om alle glazen op tijd in te pakken, maar dat is een fluitje van een cent met zo'n topteam! Processing the failure is also part of being a production employee. This means that you put cheeses back in the machine. During your shift you are regularly lifting cheeses weighing 13 kilos. This will make you nice and strong and you can train your muscles in the meantime! Win-win!
