Step into the heart of our Leerdam glassworks! As a production employee you will work in the glass factory where drinking glasses are produced.✨ When the glasses are produced, they are transported by production line. You and 3 to 5 colleagues will stand along the production line to pick the glasses from the line. You will expertly pack them into boxes. After that, you will stack the boxes onto pallets.📦From there, the forklift team with pick the pallets and load them into trucks for transport to the stores. As a production employee you find yourself in a Valhalla of glasses. You work in the factory of Leerdam Crisal Glass. These glasses will be made ready for transport to the biggest client IKEA! As a production employee you will work with enthusiastic colleagues around you. There is a cozy, informal working atmosphere in the warehouse. There is always room for a chat during your work. Wat ga je doen
Als productie medewerker kom je te werken in een glasfabriek. Hier worden 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week continu glazen geproduceerd. ✨ Er staan ovens die de glazen produceren. Super leuk om te zien! 🔥 De geproduceerde glazen worden via een lopende band vervoerd. Jij staat aan de lopende band waar je de glazen vanaf pakt en in dozen plaatst. 📦 Deze dozen zet je daarna op pallets. Hierna worden de dozen opgehaald door je collega op de heftruck. Zo kunnen de glazen op tijd verzonden worden naar de IKEA. Hier worden de klanten blij van! 😃
Waar ga je werken
Je gaat werken in de Leerdam Crisal Glasfabriek, voormalig Libbey. Hier word jij als productie medewerker onderdeel van een geweldig multicultureel team van diverse leeftijden. 🤝 Je werkt nooit alleen, maar altijd samen met 1 tot 3 andere collega’s. Dit maakt het super gezellig! 🤍Iedereen kent elkaar, waardoor het elke dag voelt als thuiskomen. Máár, natuurlijk wordt er ook hard gewerkt om alle glazen op tijd klaar te krijgen. Daar krijg je natuurlijk ook lekker voor betaald. Je kunt 3 tot 5 dagen per week werken. Jij kiest of je doordeweeks of ook weekenden wilt werken. Doe je het goed? Dan kun je hier langere tijd werken. Klinkt goed toch? Al met al, een fantastische plek om te werken! 🚀
