Role and Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders across Europe.
• Create and process quotations and customer orders using SAP and related systems.
• Manage customer inquiries received via email, telephone, and ticketing systems.
• Provide customers with accurate updates regarding orders, deliveries, and requests.
• Handle returns, warranty claims, credit requests, and other after-sales activities.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate appropriate escalation when required.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Operations, and Technical Support teams.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of customer and order information.
• Proactively follow up on open quotations, orders, and customer requests.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and customer-focused team environment.

Functie

Als installatiemonteur ga je aan de slag met de volgende werkzaamheden:

• Het aanleggen en afmonteren van water, gas- en sanitair installaties inclusief complete badkamers;
• Het bepalen van de plaats van te monteren apparatuur aan de hand van tekeningen en plattegronden;
• Het plaatsen en aansluiten van radiatoren, boilers en Cv-ketels;
• Het aanleggen van leidingen en afvoersystemen.

Functie-eisen

Als installatiemonteur breng je mee:

• Enkele jaren werkervaring als installatiemonteur;
• Kennis van algemeen geldende werkinstructies, veiligheidsvoorschriften en wetten;
• Een goede kennis van en ervaring met diverse montage technieken en installatiematerialen;
• Je bent in het bezit van een VCA certificaat of bent bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen;
• Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.

The Associate Commercial Lab Engineer supports safe, effective, and efficient testing activities in the European demonstration center. Working under the guidance of senior lab engineering, sales, or business development colleagues, this role assists with equipment setup, test execution, documentation, lab organization, and preparation of customer demonstrations. Role and Responsibilities

• Support customer tests and demonstrations in the European demonstration center, under supervision.
• Assist with preparation, setup, operation, and clean-up of lab equipment for defined test scenarios.
• Follow established safety procedures and laboratory standards when working with equipment, materials, hand tools, power tools, and electrical systems.
• Document test conditions, observations, results, equipment settings, and relevant technical details accurately and consistently.
• Coordinate with senior colleagues, engineering, sales, and application specialists to understand test objectives and priorities.
• Help maintain the lab in a clean, organized, safe, and audit-ready condition.
• Execute basic maintenance tasks on the lab and demo equipment.
• Conduct basic training sessions for both internal teams and external customers
• Assist with tracking lab supplies, consumables, tools, and equipment readiness, escalating needs for replenishment or maintenance.
• Contribute to basic troubleshooting and problem-solving during tests, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
• Develop product and application knowledge across relevant Nordson ICS product lines.
• Support preparation of test summaries, customer-facing information, and internal updates as requested.

Skills and Qualifications

• Associate degree, bachelor's degree, vocational qualification, or equivalent technical training in engineering, mechatronics, electrical, mechanical, industrial, or a related technical discipline preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in a technical, laboratory, manufacturing, service, engineering, or customer-support environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to document technical information accurately and consistently.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customer-facing personnel.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Analytical mindset with basic problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies, products, and applications.
• English language skills required; German or additional European language skills are considered an advantage.
• Exposure to automation, electrical systems, robot programming, or powder finishing applications is beneficial but not required.

Als Chemisch Procesoperator Hydrotreater werk je in een vernieuwende en technisch uitdagende procesomgeving die zich richt op het reinigen van pyrolyse-olie voor gebruik als hernieuwbare grondstof. Je bedient productie- en logistieke installaties, waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu continu prioriteit zijn. De installatie is uniek in zijn soort en verwerkt verontreinigde stromen met als doel een hoogwaardige naftagrondstof te leveren aan downstream processen. In deze rol signaleer en corrigeer je procesafwijkingen, bewaak je productkwaliteit volgens procedures en werk je actief aan procesbetrouwbaarheid. Je wordt intern opgeleid tot allround procesoperator en leert zo alle facetten van de fabriek kennen, van bedieningshandelingen tot planning binnen je dienst. De functie vereist nauwkeurigheid, stressbestendigheid en een praktische instelling gecombineerd met technisch inzicht. Je werkt in ploegendienst, waardoor je veel vrije tijd combineert met verantwoordelijke taken tijdens je diensten. Door jouw inzet draag je direct bij aan de verduurzaming van de industrie en de ontwikkeling van innovatieve procesroutes voor recycling van plastics. Deze positie is geschikt voor kandidaten met een opleiding op MBO4-niveau in de chemische procestechniek of vergelijkbaar en voor wie veiligheid en kwaliteit vanzelfsprekend zijn.

Functie-inhoud

• Bedienen en bewaken van hydrotreater productie- en logistieke installaties volgens geldende veiligheidsprocedures en procesvoorschriften.
• Signaleren van procesafwijkingen en direct nemen van corrigerende acties om continuïteit en productkwaliteit te waarborgen.
• Bewaak de kwaliteit van de productstromen en registreer proceswaarden conform interne procedures en kwaliteitseisen.
• Organiseren en plannen van werkzaamheden binnen je dienst, inclusief overdracht en communicatie met collega-operatoren.
• Uitvoeren van orde- en netheidscontroles in het werkgebied en bijdragen aan veilige werkpraktijken en housekeeping.

Functie-eisen

• Afgeronde mbo-opleiding Chemisch Procesoperator C, MTS Chemische Procestechniek of TSO derde graad Chemie.
• Enige ervaring in een procestechnische of chemische omgeving is een pré, ervaring met productieprocessen is waardevol.
• Sterke focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit, je volgt procedures nauwgezet en rapporteert afwijkingen tijdig en duidelijk.
• Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht, je houdt het overzicht in drukke situaties en neemt proactief acties.
• Bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken en woonachtig binnen circa 80 kilometer van de locatie of bereid tot verhuizing.
