Summary of the Role

As a Customer Service Employee, you will be at the heart of our European customer operations, ensuring that orders, quotations, and customer requests are handled accurately and professionally from start to finish. You will work closely with colleagues across Sales, Finance, Operations, Warehouse, and Technical Support, building strong relationships while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders across Europe.
• Create and process quotations and customer orders using SAP and related systems.
• Manage customer inquiries received via email, telephone, and ticketing systems.
• Provide customers with accurate updates regarding orders, deliveries, and requests.
• Handle returns, warranty claims, credit requests, and other after-sales activities.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate appropriate escalation when required.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Operations, and Technical Support teams.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of customer and order information.
• Proactively follow up on open quotations, orders, and customer requests.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and customer-focused team environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a professional and friendly approach.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in customer service, order management, logistics, administration, or a similar business environment.
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems such as Oracle.
• French language skills.
• Additional European language skills, including Dutch.

Als distributiechauffeur bij Oegema Logistics+ ben jij hét visitekaartje van ons bedrijf. Afhankelijk van de vestiging van waaruit je werkt, rijd je ritten in de regio en levert goederen af bij onze klanten. Laden en lossen doe je met een klep en pompwagen. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte en klantvriendelijke levering en werkt zelfstandig, maar bent altijd onderdeel van een hecht team.

Elke dag klanten blij maken met prachtige meubels en topservice? Als C-chauffeur ben jij het gezicht van ons bedrijf en lever je (tuin)meubels, keukens en slaapkamers bij tevreden klanten in heel Nederland. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze levering en soms ook voor montage. Met jouw inzet en enthousiasme bezorg je klanten een glimlach. Bij ons werk je in een hecht team waarin samenwerking en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.
