Your role as a Delivery Driver

• Start at the hub: load crates into your van, check your route & battery
• Deliver to 15-18 addresses per 3-hour shift, usually within a 10 km radius
• Help customers with questions; you are the face of Picnic in the neighborhood
• Drive back and finish your route, hand in your van, and grab a well-deserved snack

Your profile

• Valid driver's license (Category B) and at least 18 years old
• Positive energy, customer-oriented, and responsible
• Available 16-40 hours per week, including regular evening or weekend shifts
• Fit enough to walk a lot and lift boxes

Working hours - you choose

• Morning: 07:00-10:30 or 10:00-12:30 (location dependent)
• Afternoon/Evening: 14:00-16:45 | 16:45-19:30 | 19:30-22:30

Claim your shifts weekly in the app (super flexible as a side job!). Can't make it after all? Swap with a colleague up to 24 hours in advance. We only ask for 6 fixed availability slots per week – you decide which ones.

Als verkoopadviseur in onze Coolblue winkel help je klanten het product te vinden dat het beste bij hen past. Je stelt slimme vragen, luistert goed en geeft persoonlijk productadvies. Je werkt met targets, verkoopt met plezier en zorgt dat klanten met een glimlach de winkel uitlopen.

💪 Wat je doet

• Je adviseert klanten persoonlijk en helpt hen het product te vinden dat écht bij hen past.

• Je haalt je targets, ziet commerciële kansen en krijgt energie van succes.

• Je leert steeds meer over onze producten en wordt steeds beter in het geven van verkoopadvies.

• Je beantwoordt vragen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten hun bestelling snel en makkelijk kunnen ophalen.

• Je helpt klanten ook na hun aankoop verder en zoekt een passende oplossing als er iets niet goed gaat met hun product

💶 Wat je krijgt

• Een bruto uurloon van € 15,10 tot € 17,00. Bij 40 uur per week is dat € 2.617,- tot € 2.946,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring.

• Elk jaar een salarisstap, 8% vakantiegeld, pensioen en reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10 kilometer.

• Een contract van 7 maanden met vaste uren en 29 vakantiedagen per jaar.

• Ruimte om door te groeien naar senior verkoopadviseur, teamleider of een functie op het hoofdkantoor.

• Samen met je winkelteam strijd je ieder jaar kans om de titel ‘Beste Coolblue-winkel van Nederland’.

• Je bent minimaal 16 jaar.

• Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands.
