What will you do?

• Independently setting up, operating, and programming CNC press brake machines
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions
• Selecting the correct tools and determining bending sequences
• Producing complex sheet metal products with high precision
• Performing quality checks and measurements during production
• Correcting deviations and optimizing the bending process
• Working independently and taking responsibility for your own work
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace
• Collaborating professionally with colleagues in production and engineering

• Extensive experience as a CNC Press Brake Operator / CNC Kanter
• You fully understand bending techniques, materials, and machine settings
• Experience with complex and custom-made metal constructions
• Ability to work completely independently from technical drawings
• Strong technical insight and a very high level of accuracy
• You are reliable, serious, and looking for a long-term collaboration
• Minimum of 1 professional reference is required
• Driving license B is mandatory
• English language skills at minimum B1 level
• A motivated, responsible, and hands-on working attitude

Dit ga je doen

• Je neemt de leiding in het proces door de productielijn nauwkeurig in te stellen, zodat de verschillende stappen van het productieproces soepel verlopen.
• Met oog voor detail bedien je de geavanceerde machines en apparatuur op de productielijn om optimale prestaties te garanderen.
• Je hebt de vaardigheid om de productielijn efficiënt om te bouwen voor verschillende productieruns, waardoor veelzijdigheid en flexibiliteit worden geboden.
• Gedurende de productie houd je een scherp toezicht op de voortgang van de lijn, waarbij je de kwaliteit van elk geproduceerd item bewaakt.
• Je voert een gevarieerd scala aan controles uit om de kwaliteit te waarborgen, waaronder zorgvuldige kwaliteitsinspecties en -testen.

Je bent in het bezit van

• Je bent fulltime beschikbaar;
• Je hebt affiniteit met procestechniek;
• Je hebt ten minste drie jaar werkervaring als operator;
• Ervaring in de foodbranche is een pre;
• Je bent bereid om in 2-ploegendienst te werken en in de toekomst indien nodig in 3-ploegendienst.

Assemblage – 2 vacatures
Je assembleert technische producten en componenten. Je hoeft geen monteur te zijn, maar een beetje technisch inzicht is belangrijk. Kun je met een schroevendraaier overweg, werk je nauwkeurig en kun je goed volgens instructies werken? Dan past deze functie bij jou!

Verpakken – 1 vacature
Geen technische ervaring nodig. Je zorgt ervoor dat de eindproducten netjes en zorgvuldig worden verpakt en klaargemaakt voor verzending.

To nie jest zwykła hala produkcyjna! Praca odbywa się w nowoczesnej, czystej i bardzo zadbanej firmie high-tech, produkującej inteligentne systemy elektroniczne wykorzystywane między innymi w nowoczesnych centrach danych na całym świecie.

Produkcja odbywa się w Holandii, a w zespole pracuje wielu sympatycznych holenderskich kolegów. Atmosfera jest naprawdę fajna i normalna.

MONTAŻ – 2 WOLNE MIEJSCA

Szukamy 2 osób do montażu produktów i komponentów technicznych.

Nie musisz być mechanikiem ani mieć wykształcenia technicznego, ale powinieneś/powinnaś:

umieć posługiwać się śrubokrętem
mieć trochę technicznego wyczucia
pracować dokładnie i starannie
potrafić myśleć nad tym, co robisz, i wykonywać pracę zgodnie z instrukcją
Znac jezyk holenderski (B1)

Część pracy jest powtarzalna, ale nie oznacza to, że codziennie robisz dokładnie to samo. Firma rozwija i wprowadza również nowe produkty, dlatego od czasu do czasu pojawiają się nowe zadania i nowe rzeczy do nauczenia.

Tutaj nie potrzebujesz żadnej wiedzy technicznej!

Twoim zadaniem będzie dokładne i staranne pakowanie gotowych produktów oraz przygotowywanie ich do dalszej wysyłki.
