who are you
To perform this role successfully, it is important that you, as a machine operator, meet the following requirements:

• You are 18 years or older
• You speak Dutch or English
• You are available 40 hours per week
• You are willing to work the day shift
• You are willing to work in Breda
• You have practical knowledge of sensors, pneumatic systems, and motors or drives
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

what will you do
As a machine operator, you are the backbone of the operational process. You ensure that our industrial equipment keeps running smoothly and that production remains consistent. Your core tasks are:

• Operating & Monitoring: Daily operation and supervision of the industrial machinery
• Troubleshooting: Directly and efficiently resolving first-line malfunctions as soon as they occur
• Maintenance: Replacing sensors and basic components, and overseeing routine maintenance
• Administration & Coordination: Accurately logging your activities in the system and coordinating closely with the chief technician

wie ben jij
Om de productie draaiende te houden, is het belangrijk dat je als productie operator aan de volgende eisen voldoet:

• Je bent flexibel inzetbaar in 3 ploegendiensten (05.45 - 14:00, 13:45 - 22:00, 21:45 - 06:00)
• Je bent bereid om 40 uur per week te werken
• Je bent bereid om in Katwijk te werken
• Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als operator
• Je hebt technisch inzicht voor het oplossen van storingen
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal op B1 niveau voor dagelijksecommunicatie en het opvolgen van veiligheidsinstructies

Jij bedient de verschillende machines aan de productielijn. Tijdens het proces controleer je de kwaliteit van de eindeloze stroom producten. Bij kleine storingen grijp je direct en zelfstandig in. Je stelt de apparatuur nauwkeurig in voor elke run. Samen met je team behaal je de gestelde doelen.

• Instellen en ombouwen van productiemachines.
• Uitvoeren van periodieke controles tijdens het proces.
• Verhelpen van storingen aan de lijn.
• Administratieve afhandeling van de geproduceerde aantallen.
