In this role you will lead strategic marketing procurement for media buying, advertising and broader Marketing Services within a major international financial services brand. You will drive category strategy, supplier innovation and value through a centralised procurement model. You will engage senior stakeholders and Board-level leaders to secure buy-in for transformative procurement initiatives. The position offers high visibility and a clear pathway to senior leadership as you shape how procurement operates across the business. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead strategic procurement across Marketing, Media Buying, Advertising, Media Agencies and Marketing Services
• Develop and implement category strategies delivering value, supplier innovation, and improved ways of working
• Drive the transition to a centralised Marketing Procurement operating model
• Influence senior executives and Board-level stakeholders to gain buy-in for new strategies
• Lead complex agency negotiations, supplier relationships and strategic sourcing initiatives
• Shape a more influential, commercially focused procurement function within a global organisation

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Strong specialist experience in Marketing Procurement with exposure to Media Buying and Media Agency Procurement

• Proven track record of developing category strategies and negotiating complex marketing and media agreements

• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with credibility to challenge senior leadership

• Experience driving change and adopting new procurement processes

• Experience in Financial Services or regulated sectors is advantageous but not essential

• Commercially astute with ability to lead stakeholders through transformation
