Overview

In this Senior Manager role, you will lead security initiatives for financial services clients, blending business insight with technical leadership. You'll act as a trusted security advisor, guiding delivery and shaping opportunities across Accenture's global security network. You will partner with clients, delivery teams, and practices to design and execute end-to-end security programs. The role offers the chance to influence strategic decisions, drive value, and advance transformation in a dynamic FS environment. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Be the primary security representative at the client, building trust with senior stakeholders
• Lead and oversee delivery of security projects and programs to exceed client expectations
• Drive commercial opportunities leveraging industry knowledge and client relationships
• Collaborate across geographies and teams to deliver end-to-end security solutions
• Define and manage security strategies addressing operational resilience, regulatory compliance, digital transformation and sovereignty, cost optimization, M&A, and emerging technologies
• Lead business development: proposals, client presentations, and market visibility to grow Accenture's FS footprint
• Coach and mentor junior security professionals, fostering growth and excellence

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 10+ years of security experience with a focus on Financial Services

• Proven commercial experience identifying and driving business opportunities

• Strong network and senior-level relationships within Financial Services

• Extensive project management and consultancy delivery experience

• Expertise in Cyber Strategy, Cyber Governance and Data & AI Security

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with commercially minded mindset
