Overview

As a Process Consultant, you guide clients through analyzing, optimizing, and implementing business processes to achieve strategic goals. You lead cross-functional projects, bridging operations, IT, and people to deliver cohesive solutions. You apply structured methodologies to design and implement processes, model workflows, and train users, driving measurable improvements. You'll work with clients and internal teams on requirements, design, and monitoring results, contributing to digital transformation and efficient operations.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Apply methodology to specify, analyze, design, and implement business processes
• Independently lead projects and guide teams of professionals
• Translate complex structures into understandable, actionable methods and ensure project collaboration
• Develop product breakdowns for large-scale, long-term projects (3-50 million euros)
• Model business processes using BPM tools and run simulations/analyses for optimization
• Advise clients on best practices in process design and digital transformation
• Provide training and support to users for new processes implemented

• Strong analytical, results-oriented mindset with focus on operational detail and strategic goals

• Proven collaboration and clear communication across organizational levels

• Ability to work in teams and facilitate collaboration with clients and colleagues

• Comfort switching between operational teams and C-level management

• Strong stakeholder management experience in complex organizations

• Drive to learn and grow with a positive, motivating attitude

• Sector knowledge across Telecom & Tech, Financial Services, Automotive, Life Sciences

• Fluent Dutch and English; German a plus
