Overview

In this role you shape and deliver organization design and change strategies to strengthen capabilities for achieving strategic objectives. You will partner with internal organizations to assess operating model effectiveness, redesign structures, and boost change capability. You join the HR Strategy Execution & People Analytics team, contributing to clear, confident organizational change across a global, inclusive environment. You drive transformational initiatives that enable sustainable growth and improved organizational performance.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Develop and implement complex organization design and change initiatives to boost capabilities and engagement
• Analyze needs and craft strategies supporting central organizational initiatives and adoption of new processes
• Guide partners and teams through organization design and change interventions using established methodologies
• Manage stakeholders to align business capabilities and promote standard design and change practices
• Perform cross-functional assessments to identify opportunities for operating model efficiency and skill development
• Apply change enablement tools (impact assessments, readiness plans, adoption metrics) to govern delivery
• Enable project teams with needed capabilities, skills, and knowledge to foster a learning culture
• Collaborate with vendors to stay updated on tools and methods and improve program delivery

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 4+ years of relevant work experience (typically 5+ years)

• Proven diagnostic and intervention design skills across organizational contexts

• BA / BSc degree

• Post-graduate education or training in Change Management, Organization Design, Organization Development, Organizational Effectiveness, or related fields

• Fluent in English
