Overview

Join Accenture's HR Partner team in Amsterdam for a multi-topic HR internship designed to expose you to onboarding, performance, talent planning, and case support. You will collaborate across HR professionals to improve processes, support consultants, and contribute to a possible innovative project while balancing academic needs. The role blends hands-on HR work with research options, offering a window into life as a consultant in a large international firm. You'll gain practical experience and develop relationships within Accenture's global network.

• Optimize HR processes leveraging your insights and ideas
• Host interactive onboarding days and enhance presenting skills
• Support career counseling initiatives for employee development
• Contribute to Talent Supply & Demand efforts
• Assist in the Performance cycle to drive growth
• Support HR partners in people-related cases and administrative tasks
• Option to conduct thesis/research during the internship
• Engage in long-term or innovative HR projects
• Provide cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building within Accenture

Belangrijkste vereisten

• HBO/WO student in HR, Management or related HR-affinity studies

• Willingness to gain experience in a large international consultancy

• Hands-on mentality

• Strong communication, proactive approach and ability to manage multiple projects

• Fluent Dutch and English
