Overview

In this role, you partner with the business to deliver end-to-end HR support across Europe, driving people initiatives and data-informed decisions. You will manage core employee lifecycle activities, support mobility and recruitment, and optimize HR processes and systems. The position sits within the HR & Recruitment team at Flow Traders in Amsterdam, blending operational excellence with a strategic view of people practices. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to scale people programs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Serve as trusted HR partner for employees and managers
• Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave, promotions, transfers, HR documentation
• Support relocation, visa, work permits, recruitment, engagement, and organizational change
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, data privacy, and HR best practices
• Improve HR technology and processes with IT, stakeholders and vendors
• Lead/participate in HR system upgrades, data migration, documentation, and user adoption
• Develop HR dashboards and analytics to inform workforce planning
• Present workforce insights to senior leadership and support decision-making
• Apply advanced Excel and data visualization skills for reporting
• Translate business needs into data, workflow, and system requirements
• Support HCM implementation and HR technology projects

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 6+ years HR Generalist experience in international or fast-paced environments

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, benefits, and lifecycle processes

• Experience with HRIS/HCM systems and HR systems transformation or integration (highly desirable)

• Ability to translate business requirements into practical data and system solutions

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with data analytics and reporting

• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
