Overview

In this role you shape Adyen's global banking connectivity by leading the Banking Networks team. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of banking network integrations, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate market and regulatory needs into a cohesive roadmap. You will drive scalable, reliable connections to banks, clearing houses, and payment rails outside North America, enabling core financial products to operate globally. Your work directly impacts how customers move money securely and efficiently, at scale, across diverse market infrastructures. This is an opportunity to influence core infrastructure and customer experience in a fast, mission-driven fintech environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Define long-term vision and strategy for global banking network connectivity
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle of banking network integrations
• Translate market infrastructure opportunities and regulatory requirements into priorities and roadmaps
• Lead and mentor the Banking Networks Global team (2 PMs)
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Sales, and Implementation to align product with customer and regulatory needs
• Interact with customers and partners to gather feedback and translate needs into product requirements
• Monitor product metrics and drive continuous optimization of data accuracy and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with North America and Foundational teams to align standards and roadmap dependencies
• Own initiatives from scoping to delivery with clear timelines and stakeholder management

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 8+ years in product management or related fintech/financial services role focusing on payments

• Experience launching and scaling transactional banking products

• Hands-on knowledge of at least one major market infrastructure (clearing house, real-time payment rail, or banking scheme)

• Strong project management and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments

• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive technical discussions with engineers and commercial stakeholders

• Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguity

• Self-starter with strategic and commercial strength
