Overview

As D365 Program Director, you will lead end-to-end D365FO deployments across global environments, ensuring delivery is on time and on budget. You will own governance, schedules, budgets, and risk management while coordinating with business leaders and technical teams. You will drive fit-gap analysis, design, build, SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare, shaping large-scale ERP programs. You will report to executives and mentor delivery teams to uphold quality and compliance, contributing to our digital transformation ambitions.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead end-to-end D365FO implementation and rollout projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, governance cadence, and risk mitigation actions
• Collaborate with business leaders, client stakeholders, technical and functional teams, and end users to define goals and requirements
• Drive requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design workshops, build coordination, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
• Manage project governance using Agile, Waterfall, Sure Step, or hybrid methods
• Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders, steering committees, and executive sponsors
• Coordinate configuration, customization, integrations, and delivery dependencies across teams
• Support UAT, training coordination, cutover readiness, post-go-live stabilization, and issue resolution
• Lead and mentor project teams to follow delivery best practices and compliance
• Ensure alignment with D365FO release updates, lifecycle management, security, and compliance

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Overall experience min 18 years

• 10+ years ERP implementation experience

• 5+ years D365 Finance & Operations implementation experience

• Proven experience leading end-to-end D365FO implementations and global rollouts

• Strong understanding of D365FO modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Retail)

• Experience with fit-gap workshops, solution design, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services, and Power Platform integrations preferred

• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Sure Step project management methodologies

• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Dynamics - Consulting ( >10 years )
