Overview

In this role you support commercial activities in BeNeLux and Nordics as part of a global tech services leader. You will advise on and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, collaborating with sales and operations to ensure compliant, business-aligned engagements. The role combines legal expertise with cross-functional teamwork in a dynamic, international environment and offers exposure to bids, deals, and complex projects at scale.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Collaborate with sales and operations on commercial matters and negotiations
• Support the legal department by implementing and supervising processes
• Coordinate handling of complex legal and transactional matters
• Provide legal advice for bids, deals and projects
• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts ensuring alignment with Group guidelines
• Advise on contract reviews and approval processes
• Participate in Group Legal Department activities and projects

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 3-6 years of experience in commercial law

• Law degree with LL.M or equivalent preferred

• Experience in IT or tech services sector or from law firm/in-house functions

• Drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial contracts (customer, outsourcing, licensing, hosting, GDPR)

• Ability to work as an independent advisor and build cross-functional relationships

• Strong analytical, ethical, and communication skills

• Experience with Legal Tech and AI solutions

• Proficiency in English; willingness to travel modestly

• Independence and advisory mindset

• Multitasking and prioritization
