Overview

In this role, you will support BCG employees across levels with career coaching, market insights, and strategic outplacement, while driving reporting on outcomes and cross-region collaboration. You will help colleagues reflect on goals, navigate market dynamics, and prepare for transitions, blending one-to-one coaching with project management and data-driven insights. You'll work with the LAB Alumni & Career Services team to demonstrate impact and align best practices across offices. This is an opportunity to shape internal career development in a global professional services firm.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Career Coaching for employees across levels to assess strengths and goals
• One-to-one coaching with confidential, judgment-free guidance
• Translate self-reflection into actionable career strategies
• Own reporting on coaching/outplacement metrics to show program impact
• Conduct exit interviews and report attrition insights
• Cross-region collaboration to align best practices and consistency
• Job Search / Market Support including CV/cover letter/interview prep and negotiation support
• Coordinate with team to share candidates/leads for senior placements or Corporate Partnerships

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Career Services, HR, or Recruiting

• Coaching qualification with a strong track record

• Bachelor's degree (Master's is a plus)

• Strong knowledge of Belgian/Dutch labour market

• Proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills

• Excellent communication and discretion with sensitive information

• Fluency in English and a second language (Dutch or French); third language is a plus

• Passion for supporting people's career journeys

• Trust-building and credibility across levels

• Executive presence when engaging senior stakeholders

• Coaching qualification

• Reporting and data analysis for program metrics

• Exit interview design and qualitative/quantitative insights
