As a Banking Consultant at Accenture the Netherlands, you help leading banks navigate transformation, shaping strategy and execution to deliver lasting value. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Design and shape client direction from strategy to day-to-day operations
• Develop the banking business by acting as a trusted advisor to support strategy-to-execution
• Identify business development opportunities and strengthen analytical and executive capabilities
• Translate insights into innovative solutions through data and technology
• Collaborate with client teams and a multidisciplinary group of colleagues
• Solve complex banking business problems and contribute to digital transformation
• Lead or contribute to transformative solutions across operating models, disruption, and future workforce
• Support strategic decision making and use cutting-edge technologies to achieve client outcomes

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 2+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or related environment

• Experience in a strategy or management consulting setting with focus on banking

• Strong understanding of banking processes, business models, technology trends, and transformation

• Familiarity with go-to-market strategy, growth strategy, business/operating models, and product management (leasing, lending, payments)

• Understanding of project delivery aspects (market analysis, strategy and business model assessment, process development, transformation execution)

• Fluent in English and Dutch
