You are looking for warehouse work in a small team and meet the points below:

• You can work Monday to Friday in two shifts: 7:00 - 16:00 and 16:00 - 1:00
• You are available to work on Sundays
• You speak Dutch and/or English
• You are physically able to do logistics work
• You can work in Roosendaal

what will you do
You will work as a B2B warehouse worker at Active Ants. This department processes all business orders and supplies stores. As a B2B warehouse worker, you will do different tasks. When an order comes in, you collect all products with a trolley. After that, you check the order and pack it for shipping. You prepare the order for shipping and make sure the administration is correct.

where will you work
Active Ants is a modern and innovative logistics company near the center of Roosendaal. The company manages the storage and shipping of products for more than 100 well-known online stores. You will work with well know brands like Mr. Marvis, Holland & Barrett, Paula's Choice and Basic-Fit.

In the warehouse, Active Ants works with smart robots and modern technology. However, the work is mostly about the people: there is a friendly, supportive atmosphere where everyone helps each other.

• Sundays between 7:00 and 19:00: +20% allowance

As a Warehouse Assistant you are responsible for the logistics part and the logistics administration.

• Product receiving inspection;
• Stock unloading and product counting;

• Plan, allocate, and supervise daily operations within the Parcel Services department
• Monitor KPIs, carrier performance, and quality standards
• Hold daily kick-off meetings with your team to set targets for the shift
• Support absenteeism management, performance reviews, and team development
• Assist with the recruitment process for temp workers and substitute for the Supervisor when necessary
• Drive process improvements and innovation in parcel handling

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality documents, and company procedures
