What will you do?

Your main responsibilities as Technical Operator within the Digital department? Operating, maintaining and continuously improving advanced printing systems! Using your technical expertise, you act as the first technical point of contact on the production line. In turn, you can expect a salary of up to €4,000 per month! You will follow an extensive training program, in which you will gradually develop from machine operation to advanced troubleshooting. Your responsibilities as Technical Operator Digital include:

  • Operating, setting up and optimizing highly automated digital printing equipment

  • Performing first line troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, process and machine related issues

  • Supporting advanced troubleshooting using supplier documentation and structured diagnostic procedures

  • Monitoring machine performance and identifying opportunities for process optimization

  • Testing machine improvements, updates and technical modifications

  • Verifying the quality and safety of maintenance activities performed on production equipment

  • Providing structured technical handovers, including clear documentation of issues, root causes, actions taken and recommended follow-up

  • Training and coaching operators on machine operation, adjustments and troubleshooting techniques

  • Collaborating closely with Production, Maintenance and Engineering to maximize uptime and production efficiency

You will be working in the Digital department of one of Europe's most advanced and highly automated printing companies. Here you will find the site's most complex printing technology. This department really requires operators who enjoy combining hands on production with technical problem solving. Any new operator will follow a training program, in which you will learn about machine operation, first line troubleshooting, technical machine knowledge, and advanced troubleshooting.

Your new department offers the strongest technical development path within Operations. If you do well here, you can expect opportunities to grow into the position of senior technical specialist and knowledge holder within the organization!

Who you are
To get started as a warehouse operator, it is important that you meet the following requirements:
