Overview

As a Senior Consultant in Organization & Workforce Transformation, you help clients design lean, agile, and customer-focused organizations aligned to strategic goals. You lead people-centered operating model changes and workforce setups, guiding design, offshoring, and governance decisions. Your work strengthens client transformation programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll shape solution design, run workshops, and deliver practical, sustainable outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Build organizational models aligned to strategic goals and support lean, innovative, and customer-focused workforces
• Guide clients through people-centered organizational design and operating model transformations
• Improve workforce setup with optimal infrastructure, capabilities, and resources prioritizing human factors
• Provide experience with offshoring and relocation of work through process, role, governance, and org structure optimization
• Drive people-led transformations in operating model and restructuring contexts
• Lead project workstreams from planning through implementation, collaborating with clients and internal teams
• Prepare and facilitate client workshops focusing on stakeholder engagement, transformation vision and leadership alignment

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in industry or consulting with strong affinity for the people agenda

• Strong understanding of organizational transformation, restructuring, organizational design, HR function, and Talent Management

• Willingness to contribute to growth of the competence area with change management and HR transformation exposure

• Strategic mindset with ability to translate business challenges into people-centered solutions

• Fluent Dutch and English communications (oral and written)

• Team player with ability to integrate into new teams

• Experience in managing stakeholders and client relationships in dynamic environments

• Resilience under pressure and strong problem-analysis skills
