Overview

In this role you apply scientific leadership to support manufacturing operations and the established product portfolio across a global network, with a focus on Europe. You drive analytical investigations, technology transfers, and product improvements while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, compliance, and performance. You will supervise laboratory activities and communicate project outcomes to stakeholders. This position offers the chance to shape analytical strategies and contribute to a robust, compliant product pipeline.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Provide scientific and analytical expertise to support manufacturing sites and established products
• Investigate and resolve analytical or manufacturing-related challenges
• Support technology transfer activities, alternate supplier qualification projects, and cost-saving initiatives
• Coordinate and supervise analytical laboratory activities and testing programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams and represent the analytical function in project discussions
• Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation, development reports, and regulatory submissions
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to a variety of stakeholders
• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with quality, regulatory, and EHS requirements

Belangrijkste vereisten

• MSc degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an analytical, pharmaceutical, or laboratory-based environment

• Strong knowledge of chromatographic techniques (HPLC, GC, or similar)

• Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on mindset

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 3-5 times per year
