You are technically proficient, skilled in reading technical drawings, and have experience with metal assembly. You are physically fit, capable of working accurately under pressure, and possess a strong commitment to quality. You can independently interpret technical blueprints and understand material properties (such as springback and sheet thickness).

Current Job Openings:

• Coating & Spray Paint Assistant: Preparing and coating products, ensuring a high-quality finish, and supporting daily operations in the paint shop.
• Press Brake / CNC Folding Operator: Operating machinery to accurately shape sheet metal based on technical drawings.
• Welder & Fabricator: Assembling metal constructions independently or as part of a team using your welding expertise.
• Turner & Bench Fitter: Precision-machining of components to the millimeter to ensure a high-quality end product.

Join Hydro Extrusion in Drunen as a production worker and enter the world of aluminum innovation. For 50 years, we've been setting the standard for industries like automotive and infrastructure! As part of our close-knit team of go-getters, you'll work full-time, in three shifts, to build products that shape the world, with an attractive salary of up to €20.89 per hour.

• Earn up to €20.89 per hour, including benefits

To keep production running, it's important that you, as a production employee at Hydro Extrusion in Drunen, meet the following requirements:

• You speak Dutch or English.
• You have your own transportation.
• You are willing to work in Drunen.
• You are available full-time in three shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, and 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM).
• You are physically capable of performing manual labor.

Your day at Hydro Extrusion begins at 7:30 AM with a good cup of coffee and a brief meeting with the operator. As soon as the machine starts, you unpack the aluminum profiles and carefully place them in the machine's clamps. Because the profiles weigh a maximum of 5 kg, you keep up a good pace! Throughout the day, you ensure your workspace remains safe and clean. Around 4:30 PM, you finish the administrative tasks and leave the machine area spotless.

• You remove aluminum profiles (up to a maximum of 5 kg) from their protective film and place them precisely in the machine.
• With a single press of a button, you start the sawing, drilling, or milling process and closely monitor progress.
• You remove burrs and metal shavings with an air hose and inspect each profile for scratches or irregularities.
• You carefully repack the finished products so they can be transported to the customer without damage.
• You keep your own workstation and the machine environment clean and safe, and ensure accurate record-keeping of quantities.

As a Production Worker you will work in the 'powder coating' department. This is where metal parts for our machines get their protective layer and color.

• Hanging metal parts on the production line and taking them off.
• Using the computer to register the parts you have processed.
• Moving parts up to 15kg by hand (for heavier parts, you use a special hoist).
