Functie

• Voorbereiden en controleren van onderdelen voor structurele assemblage
• Assembleren van complexe metalen vliegtuigconstructies volgens luchtvaartnormen
• Reinigen en inspecteren van gereedschappen en materialen voor en na gebruik
• Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en werkinstructies
• Registreren en documenteren van onderdelen en procesinformatie
• Uitvoeren van visuele controles en metingen om de hoogste kwaliteit te waarborgen
• Werken volgens veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en productievoorschriften
• Actief bijdragen aan verbeterinitiatieven binnen het team
• Zorgen voor een schone, veilige en georganiseerde werkplek

Functie-eisen

• Mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting
• Ervaring met assemblage, plaatwerk, metaalbewerking of een vergelijkbare technische functie
• Ervaring binnen de luchtvaart is een sterke pré
• Technische tekeningen en werkinstructies kunnen lezen en interpreteren
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal
• Bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken
• Nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en een echte teamspeler

Functie

• Prepare and inspect parts for structural assembly
• Assemble complex metal aircraft structures according to aerospace standards

At DAF Trucks in Eindhoven, we are looking for production workers in the PKF (Sheet Metal Components Factory). The metal parts for DAF are produced in this factory. In this workplace, production workers operate as a team responsible for supplying, operating, and restocking the metal presses, as well as managing the entire pre- and post-treatment process in the DAF Trucks paint shop.

what will you do
Do you like to roll up your sleeves and work in a close-knit team? As a Technical Production Worker at DAF Trucks, you will be an essential link in the production process. In this active, physical role, you and your colleagues will ensure that production targets are met. And the most important part? Safety always comes first.

What will you be doing at the Component Paint Line?
Preparation: You will sort the metal parts and hang them up accurately, ensuring they are ready for the perfect coating layer.

Finishing: After the parts have dried, you will remove them from the hanging system.

Packing & Shipping: You will check, sort, and neatly pack the completed parts. After that, you will prepare them for shipment to the rest of the production line.
