Als Process Operator Cleaning werk je op de productievloer in Andijk en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen en bewaken van machines voor desinfectie, schoning en droging van groentezaden. Je leert het vak praktisch on-the-job onder begeleiding van ervaren collega’s en krijgt een gerichte inwerkperiode. Je zorgt dat elke partij zaad voldoet aan de kwaliteitseisen door nauwkeurig te meten, te registreren en bij afwijkingen direct in te grijpen. Daarnaast voer je preventief onderhoud uit, houd je werkruimtes schoon en verwerk je verwerkingsgegevens in het systeem of handheld. Dit is een hands-on functie met korte lijnen, duidelijke protocollen en focus op precisie en efficiëntie.

Functie-inhoud

• Je stelt machines voor desinfectie, schoning en droging van groentezaden nauwkeurig in en start productieprocessen.
• Je bewaakt procesparameters, controleert kwaliteit van partijen en grijpt direct in bij afwijkingen volgens protocollen.
• Je bereidt cleaning-opdrachten voor, registreert verwerkte partijen in het systeem of handheld en slaat partijen correct op.
• Je voert preventief onderhoud uit, houdt werkruimtes schoon en lost storingen op in samenwerking met collega’s.

Functie-eisen

• Je hebt een MBO-4 in agrarische of technische richting en 1-3 jaar ervaring als (machine)operator.
• Je werkt nauwkeurig, volgt protocollen strikt en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het eindresultaat van elke zaadpartij.
• Je beheerst Nederlands goed, hebt basisvaardigheden met computers en handhelds en bent bereid een heftruckcertificaat te halen.
• Je plant en organiseert werkzaamheden, blijft geconcentreerd bij repeterende taken en leert graag praktisch tijdens het werk.

Wij bieden

• Volledige inwerkperiode en begeleiding door ervaren operators zodat je snel zelfstandig en bekwaam wordt.
• Vast dienstverband voor 40 uur per week op locatie Andijk met een directe, hands-on werksfeer.
• Salaris tussen €2.500 en €3.450 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en verantwoordelijkheden.
• Werken in een compact team met korte lijnen en duidelijke procedures gericht op kwaliteit en efficiëntie.

what will you do
As an operator finishing, you will start your workday in a high-tech production environment. You are responsible for operating, monitoring, cleaning, and maintaining various cutting and packaging machines. Because you work in the CLP Finishing department, your tasks will partly take place in a specialized darkroom. You independently identify and resolve malfunctions and production issues using the ATS and/or FLTS methods. Furthermore, you proactively perform quality checks, report on machine performance, and initiate process improvements.

For this position, it is essential that a VOG (Certificate of Conduct) and reference check are completed during the application process.
