Overview

As the Portfolio Leasing Manager for the Netherlands, you will lead the leasing strategy and commercial performance across two flagship assets. You'll shape the retail mix, strengthen relationships with national and international brands, and drive ambitious outcomes, aligning local assets with the wider Northern Europe leasing agenda. You'll manage a small team, influence senior stakeholders, and turn opportunities into measurable growth, delivering value through market insight and brand partnerships.

• Lead and deliver the Netherlands leasing strategy across two assets
• Own portfolio performance, commercial targets and Business Plan priorities
• Lead, motivate and develop a four-person team
• Build senior relationships with national and international brands
• Negotiate complex commercial deals
• Identify emerging brands, sectors and concepts to strengthen destinations
• Shape anchor tenant strategy and long-term brand partnerships
• Use market insight and performance data to spot risks, opportunities and growth
• Coordinate internal teams, external agents and senior stakeholders around a clear commercial vision
• Represent the Netherlands leasing function in leadership forums and regional discussions

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Significant experience in retail property, leasing, asset management or commercial real estate
