As Director, Connectivity Architecture, you will lead enterprise-wide network strategy and execution to deliver secure, resilient connectivity across retail, warehouse, corporate, and cloud environments. You will drive Zero Trust, cloud networking, and automation programs, partnering with IT and business leaders to align with PVH's scale and brand objectives. This role shapes next-generation security-focused networking and ensures reliable, observable platforms. You will mentor engineers and influence global governance through cross-functional collaboration.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Define and own the enterprise strategy for SD-WAN, SASE/network security, cloud networking, and automation
• Architect target-state connectivity across enterprise, cloud, DDI, observability, and automation platforms
• Align cloud, identity, and zero trust security standards with enterprise goals
• Oversee security and cloud networking including firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, and AWS networking
• Lead automation strategy (Terraform, Ansible, Python, Git) and implement observability and SRE practices
• Manage vendor partnerships and ensure platform resiliency and service delivery
• Drive network availability, performance, and scalability; champion AIOps and reliability improvements
• Mentor engineers and represent Network in governance forums and architecture boards

Overview

In this role you will lead global network demand modelling and aviation cost methods to enable cost-efficient, resilient network design. You will partner with Aviation, Commercial, Network Planning, and Finance teams to shape strategy, governance, and roadmaps. You translate forecasts into actionable origin-destination scenarios and drive structural network changes that improve service and cost efficiency. This is a strategic, global leadership role with a focus on analytics, governance, and cross-functional impact.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead global demand-modelling strategy, standards, roadmap, and governance
• Develop scenario-based models integrating historical data, market intelligence, seasonality, and network constraints
• Establish validation, back-testing, sensitivity analysis, and continuous recalibration
• Define modelling architecture, data requirements, controls, and tool roadmap
• Promote use of statistical modelling, optimization, simulation, and visualization
• Build organizational capability through methodologies, documentation, training, and knowledge sharing
• Act as senior demand-modelling partner for Aviation, Commercial, Network Planning, Network Control, Hubs & Gateways, and Finance
• Align with stakeholders on assumptions, priorities, constraints, and network implications
• Develop and maintain aviation cost models and methodologies covering air network economics
• Assess fixed and variable operating costs across aircraft types and models
• Establish cost-per-flight, block-hour, capacity metrics for decision-making
• Embed aviation cost drivers into network design and optimization models
• Lead development of the DHL Aviation Costing Module (ACM)
• Direct medium-term network design studies covering routings, schedules, hubs, and capacity deployment
• Translate demand scenarios into optimized options balancing service, cost, resilience, and feasibility
• Oversee structural network changes from concept to implementation
• Recommend network solutions and opportunities to improve connectivity and efficiency

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Applied Mathematics, or related discipline (preferred)

• Typically 10+ years of senior-level experience in demand modelling, network planning, aviation costing, supply chain design, or related field

• Proven leadership in applying modelling to complex decisions and transformation initiatives

• Strong executive influence and experience establishing governance, data standards, and tool roadmaps

• Deep understanding of express, air cargo, airline, or time-definite logistics networks

• Advanced knowledge of forecasting, statistical modelling, aviation economics and cost modelling, optimisation, simulation, scenario analysis, and performance analytics

• Ability to connect quantitative outputs with commercial, operational, and financial implications
