Als Control Room Specialist zorg je voor een juist verloop in het Magazijn. Dit doe je door middelen en mensen effectief en efficiënt neer te zetten zodat het proces als een geoliede machine loopt. Jouw einddoel: alle pakketten op tijd de deur uit.

Wat je doet

• Je bewaakt de voortgang van de operatie en ziet vroeg waar planning, capaciteit of performance onder druk komt te staan.
• Je geeft advies op basis van data (volume, flow, prestaties) en schakelt met de juiste teams om de operatie weer op koers te krijgen.
• Je coördineert bij verstoringen: snel besluiten, juiste specialisten aanhaken, escaleren waar nodig en opvolging bewaken tot het opgelost is, én je zorgt voor opvolging achteraf zodat het incident niet opnieuw voorkomt.
• Je houdt stakeholders aangehaakt met duidelijke updates en advies, zodat beslissingen snel en met de juiste informatie genomen worden.
• Je bewaakt de orderflow: je monitort order statussen en uitzonderingen, prioriteert waar nodig en stemt afwijkingen of opkomende deadlines af met de operatie.
• Je bouwt mee aan de Control Room door werkafspraken en incidentprocessen te standaardiseren, kennis te borgen (documentatie/inwerken) en met rapportages/dashboards de dag sturing te versterken.

• Je werkt graag met data en maakt keuzes die je kunt onderbouwen.
• Je bent fulltime of parttime beschikbaar.
• Feestdagen zijn ook werkdagen (ter compensatie heb je extra vrije dagen).

Wat je krijgt

• Geld. Verdien tussen €2949 en €4399 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur. Je krijgt 50% toeslag voor de gewerkte uren na 22:00 uur.
• Reiskostenvergoeding, pensioen en 10% korting op je aankopen bij Coolblue.
• 29 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime contract. Als je belooft dat je terugkomt.

who are you
To perform well in this role within Quality Control, you must meet the following requirements:

• You are willing to work in Leiden
• You speak English
• You are available full-time
• You have a Bachelor degree in Life Sciences or Computer Science
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a regulated industry
• You have experience with LIMS or eLIMS systems
• You have knowledge of GMP principles

As an eLIMS Specialist Quality Control, you form the vital bridge between laboratory users and IT systems. At the start of your day, you connect with the QC team to discuss updated protocols and test methods. Next, you translate these requirements into structured eLIMS master data and configurations. When operational issues or system bottlenecks occur, you investigate the root cause to deliver maintainable solutions quickly. This way, you ensure high data quality and uninterrupted laboratory workflows.
