Ervaring met lamineren is niet nodig: je krijgt een training en leert het werk stap voor stap van ervaren collega's.

Organisatie

Onze opdrachtgever is een gespecialiseerd productiebedrijf binnen de internationale lucht- en ruimtevaartindustrie. Vanuit de productielocatie in Den Haag worden hoogwaardige composietonderdelen geproduceerd voor onder andere satellieten en vliegtuigen. Je komt terecht in een moderne en gecontroleerde productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en precisie centraal staan. Ook zonder specifieke ervaring krijg je de kans om het vak te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de aerospace-industrie.

Functie

• Produceren en lamineren van composietonderdelen voor de lucht- en ruimtevaart
• Voorbereiden en nauwkeurig positioneren van verschillende materialen
• Werken volgens duidelijke technische werkinstructies
• Controleren van je eigen werk en de kwaliteit van het eindproduct
• Werken volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en cleanroomvoorschriften

Functie-eisen

• Technisch ingesteld en handig met je handen
• Nauwkeurig en rustig kunnen werken
• Oog voor kwaliteit en detail
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal
• Ervaring in productie of met lamineren is mooi meegenomen, maar niet vereist
• Woonachtig op reisafstand van Den Haag en in staat om zelfstandig naar het werk te reizen

Aanbod

• Een bruto maandsalaris van €2.800
• Werktijden van maandag t/m vrijdag van 07:00 tot 16:00

For our client , a specialist in surface treatments for various metal types, we are looking for a motivated Anodizer . In this role, you will independently carry out anodizing and surface treatments on supplied products according to drawings and/or work instructions. You will work with modern production equipment and tools within the Surface Treatment department.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Independently performing treatments on materials and products based on drawings and work order specifications.
• Preparing and clamping parts according to supplied instructions.
• Inspecting materials before the coating process is applied.
• Flexibly switching between different tasks and assignments.
• Operating and taking responsibility for the anodizing bath line.
• Carrying out interim checks to ensure the product meets the required coating thickness and that the process follows all specifications.
• Cleaning and blowing off parts correctly.
• Coordinating work with colleagues within the team.

Job Requirements

• VMBO-level education; a diploma is a plus.
• Affinity with technology and technical processes.
• Good communication and social skills.
• A team player with accurate and precise motor skills.
