Overview

In this role you drive measurable business value from AI investments by partnering with business, Finance, and the AI CoE to develop, evaluate, and track AI use cases. You will document value assumptions, estimate benefits, and report realized outcomes to guide prioritization and governance. You help move AI initiatives from experimentation to value realization through robust financial modeling and data-driven decision making. This position offers impact across the enterprise and a close collaboration with cross-functional teams to shape AI programs that deliver tangible outcomes.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Create and maintain business cases for AI and automation initiatives
• Quantify benefits such as productivity gains, cost avoidance, cost reduction, revenue impact, and risk mitigation
• Apply ROI frameworks and benefit-calculation methodologies to evaluate use cases
• Prioritize AI opportunities based on alignment, value, feasibility, and effort
• Track realized benefits against original commitments
• Collect, analyze, and validate data for value assessments and reporting
• Prepare dashboards, scorecards, and presentations communicating program value to leadership
• Collaborate with Finance to align estimates with financial standards
• Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies affecting value realization
• Contribute to portfolio reviews highlighting high-value opportunities and underperformers
• Develop AI value management best practices, templates, and governance processes
• Collaborate with Metrics Lead to standardize measurement across the AI portfolio

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field

• 5+ years in business analysis, financial analysis, consulting, operations, PMO, or value realization

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with translation of complex data into insights

• Familiarity with AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology programs

• Experience developing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, or investment justification materials

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; ability to build financial models and performance reports

• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities

• Attention to detail and disciplined validation of assumptions and reported results

• Understanding of KPI development and benefits tracking; performance measurement frameworks

• Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
