Als E-Commerce Specialist werk je aan het continu verbeteren van de digitale rental journey in meerdere landen en talen. De focus ligt op platformperformance: vindbaarheid van producten, gebruiksgemak en conversie. Concreet betekent dit dat je bezig bent met het:

• Beheren, creëren en optimaliseren van commerciële product- en webcontent, zodat deze bijdraagt aan een consistente merkbeleving, optimale vindbaarheid en hogere conversie;
• Beheren van de productcatalogus en content binnen CMS- en PIM-systemen, waarbij je zorgt voor een schaalbare en toekomstbestendige contentstructuur;
• Monitoren van digitale KPI's en klantgedrag, signaleren van verbeterkansen en initiëren van optimalisaties op het gebied van content, SEO/GEO en gebruikerservaring;
• Vertalen van marketingcampagnes, commerciële initiatieven en businessbehoeften naar effectieve webcontent die aansluit bij de merkidentiteit en tone-of-voice van Boels;
• Samenwerken met stakeholders uit Marketing en IT om de digitale klantreis continu te verbeteren en bij te dragen aan de internationale online groei van Boels.

Wat breng jij mee?

• HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting marketing of communicatie;
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in digital commerce of digital marketing;
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en affiniteit met KPI-sturing;
• Enige ervaring met CMS-en PIM-systemen en een basiskennis van SEO/GEO;
• Je bent commercieel schrijfvaardig en hebt ervaring om AI hiervoor in te zetten;
• Het is een pre om ervaring te hebben met Agile werken;
• Je bent pro-actief, zelfstandig en nauwkeurig;
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

Over de vacature

As Digital Performance Marketeer within the central team, you are responsible for creating measurable business impact through performance marketing. You act as the SEO/GEO/SEA expert within the marketing center of excellence. You develop the performance marketing strategy and translate business objectives into a clear roadmap for execution across both central and local teams to drive alignment across international markets.

This is a vacancy to expand the team. You will team up with the current Performance Marketing Manager in the team, and work closely with the local marketers in the countries, the other central marketing specialists, and external agencies. Together as one marcom team you ensure strong execution and consistent performance improvements across countries.

Key responsibilities

• Own and implement the new international performance marketing strategy (SEO/GEO/SEA), supported by a clear roadmap and action plan: Act as a key stakeholder within the organisation, translating data into actionable insights for senior management;
• Influence and align stakeholders across markets, ensuring adoption of standard ways of working and best practices;
• Drive international paid campaigns by steering agencies and supporting central and local teams in improving bids, budget, keyword strategy and conversion;
• Support organic growth through SEO & GEO initiatives such as keyword strategy, content, link building, AI-searches and Google Business Profile optimization;
• Steer and manage performance marketing agencies and tools, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and governance.

What do you bring?

To be a successful Marketeer you are commercial minded, analytic and pragmatic. For the rest you have:

• Around 5-7 years of experience in a comparable performance marketing role, preferably in an international B2B environment, and a HBO level working and thinking;
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing and the integration of SEO, GEO and SEA, with particularly solid experience in SEA;
• Experience analysing and optimising performance activities using data and dashboards, as well as reporting these to senior management;
• Experience with tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Ahrefs, SeoClarity, Yext (GoogleMyBusiness), Looker Studio or similar platforms;
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills in a complex international organisation;
• Fluent in English.

The role is based in Sittard for 32 to 40 hours per week. When working full-time, you can work from home one fixed day per week.

As SAP Product Architect Fleet, in our lean, governance-driven IT organization, you provide architectural leadership while working closely with business stakeholders and outsourced delivery partners.

In this role, you will:

• Design end-to-end Fleet solutions across the complete asset lifecycle from acquisition and logistics to deployment, maintenance, refurbishment, and retirement. Translating business needs into scalable architectures.
• Define and evolve the architectural direction and roadmap for the Fleet domain, aligning product and technology decisions with business strategy, operational excellence, and seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and connected platforms.
• Connect systems, business processes, products, roles, and responsibilities to create a coherent Fleet operating model that supports efficient asset management across the enterprise.
• Establish and govern architectural standards, delivering secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions while actively driving the evolution of the Fleet product landscape and managing technical debt.
• Act as the trusted advisor to Product Owners, Business Analysts, and delivery teams, balancing immediate operational priorities with long-term product and architectural direction.
• Collaborate with Enterprise, Domain, and System Architects to deliver an integrated technology landscape that enables end-to-end Fleet capabilities and cross-domain business processes.

What do you bring?

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Product Architect, or in a similar architecture role within complex enterprise environments;
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably across modules such as MM, WM, SD, PP, and FI-AA, with knowledge of the end-to-end asset lifecycle;
• Experience designing solutions in integrated application landscapes, including platforms such as Azure, MuleSoft, OutSystems, or similar technologies;
• Strong ability to translate business processes into scalable solution architectures while balancing short-term delivery with long-term architectural direction;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with experience collaborating across multiple business domains, stakeholders, vendors, and outsourced delivery teams;
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
