Als Docent Biologie 2e graads geef je les aan onderbouwklassen mavo, havo en vwo. Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw leerlingen op een toegankelijke en inspirerende manier meer leren over biologie. Je bereidt lessen voor, verzorgt het lesmateriaal en begeleidt de leerlingen waar nodig. Je werkt op een moderne school in Hoorn met ruime lokalen en goede voorzieningen. QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Experience:
• Strong proven experience in Product Management / Product Ownership, preferably in data, analytics, or AI-driven products

• Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade platforms
• Experience in commercial analytics, pharma, or healthcare is highly preferred
• Familiarity with AI/ML or GenAI/Agentic systems is a strong plus

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Python and/or R, with solid understanding of advanced statistics
• Strong hands-on experience in ML/LLM/Agentic platform development & deployment

De start van jouw Mastership

Je begint dit Mastership met het beste onboardingsprogramma van Nederland. Daarna start je met een operationele opdracht bij één van onze klanten. In deze eerste opdracht leer je hoe complexe organisaties, processen en datasystemen functioneren, leer je over stakeholdermanagement en ontwikkel je organisatiesensitiviteit. Deze informatie en inzichten zijn nodig om je toekomstige analyses goed te kunnen onderbouwen.
