who are you
You are a technical professional with strong analytical skills and a hands-on mindset. You enjoy diving deep into technical problems to find the actual root cause. Working closely with your team motivates you, but you can also work well independently.

• you have a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or thermal engineering
• you understand fluid mechanics and the principles of pumps and fans
• you can easily use technical testing instruments and maintenance tools
• you have strong communication skills and speak fluent Mandarin and English

what will you do
As a maintenance engineer, you ensure that the energy products keep running perfectly. You respond quickly to live network issues and coordinate the technical analysis. You also perform inspections to prevent risks and improve future system designs.

• you handle key network issues and analyze the root cause of failures
• you participate in inspections to eliminate risks and ensure smooth operation
• you suggest product improvements based on common maintenance issues
• you help develop tools that increase overall maintenance efficiency
