In this role you will be managing the flow of goods to ensure timely support for customer projects around the world. In this hands-on role, you'll take ownership of key logistics functions and contribute directly to keeping everything moving smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling daily warehouse activities, such as order picking, packing, labeling, and preparing items for both domestic and international dispatch
• Receiving incoming shipments, inspecting contents for accuracy, and managing storage or further processing
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse space to ensure a safe and productive working environment
• Managing inventory data, order entries, and shipment records within the ERP system
• Supporting logistics administration through scheduling, document preparation, and internal coordination
• Performing physically active tasks involving lifting and moving goods, requiring a good baseline of physical stamina

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable in a hands-on/physical, operational role that combines picking and packing activities with administrative logistics tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and attentive to opportunities for improving logistics processes.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Recent work experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ideally in an international environment.
• Knowledge of international shipping standards and documentation is a plus
• A problem-solving approach and a technical mindset
• Physical fitness to handle warehouse tasks when needed
• At least a HBO education
• You are located in the Eindhoven area. Candidates that are located far outside this area will not be considered. We are not considering candidates that still need to relocate to Eindhoven.
• Strong proficiency in English (C1), both written and spoken, to work effectively with global partners

As an All-round RMA & Logistics Employee , you ensure that return shipments and logistics processes run smoothly and accurately. You combine hands-on warehouse activities with administrative tasks and regularly communicate with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. With your structured way of working, you maintain a clear overview and ensure that goods and RMA requests are correctly received, processed, and followed up. Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving and registering goods
• Checking the condition and quality of incoming and outgoing goods
• Picking orders and managing inventory
• Processing incoming and outgoing shipments and parcels from carriers
• Registering and following up on RMA requests
• Communicating with customers and suppliers regarding returns, both by email and telephone
• Correctly applying DG labels and shipping labels
• Managing the required warehouse documentation
• Placing goods in the correct locations within the warehouse
• Ensuring that the warehouse remains organized, safe, and clean

Please note that this role consists of 20% physical warehouse tasks, and 80% logistics administration work.

Requirements

• You are accurate, organized, and able to switch easily between different tasks
• You have a goodcommand of Dutch (B2 at least) and an excellent command of French
• You are comfortable performing both practical and administrative tasks and are able to work with MS Office, CRM systems, and similar tools
• You have good organizational and communication skills
• You can work independently while also functioning well within a team
• You communicate easily and collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments
• You are available full-time
• A forklift certificate is considered a plus
• You are located close to Breda

As a Logistics Team Lead, you will lead and support a team of Logistics Specialists responsible for managing international shipments of health-related commodities to assigned countries. You will ensure smooth, timely, and cost-effective deliveries, compliance with import/export requirements, and achievement of client expectations and performance targets. You will also act as the main point of escalation for shipment issues, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in logistics processes and team performance.
In addition, you will also be responsible for:

• Overseeing end-to-end international shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, delivery, and confirmation of receipt;
• Monitoring vendor and 3PL performance, ensuring OTIF targets are met and identifying opportunities to reduce delays and costs;
• Resolving shipment issues and incidents, coordinating corrective actions, and maintaining proactive communication with clients and other stakeholders;
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date ERP data, country profiles, shipping instructions, and logistics reports;
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs and client requirements while identifying and implementing process improvements;
• Coaching and developing Logistics Specialists, managing performance, and coordinating onboarding and training;
• Managing logistics-related complaints, supporting claims and project closeouts, and preparing reports as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you need strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. You should be comfortable working with complex logistics processes, analyzing performance data, and driving continuous improvement. The following qualifications are required:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain operations, freight, accounting, data management, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
• 5+ years of progressive experience in complex supply chain and/or transport operations; experience in commercial supply chain organizations is preferred;
• People Management experience, for example, leading 1-1's, coaching, etc;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Fluency in English and French , with strong communication, client relationship, and customer service skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in international, multicultural teams, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines;
• Willingness and availability to travel and perform other duties as required;
• Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands and already hold the required visa/work permit.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will serve as the global logistics expert and use your expertise to assist the assigned countries in your portfolio. You will be responsible for working within the import/export documentation requirements and managing the smooth shipment and delivery of health-related commodities. You will also be tasked with solving any transport or delivery issues in addition to communicating and providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders (internal and external).
In addition, you will also be responsible for:

• Monitoring and ensuring timely logistics execution of international transport of goods ;
• Managing the shipment process, including documentation, notifications and proof of delivery;
• Identifying shipment delays/issues and communicating the issues to stakeholders;
• Maintaining and updating ERP system at the order and shipment levels;

Requirements

To be successful in this position and organization, a high level of priority management and attention to detail is needed. They work with complex systems, so you must be able to understand and know the value of processes. Next to this, here are the hard skills that are required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, public health, or other related area or equivalent experience;
• 3+ years’ experience in international supply chain operations, transport, or logistics (working with 3PL's), where you have monitored and managed actual shipments, import/export management;
• Excellent knowledge of  French ; Professional level of English is also required.
• Must be eligible to work in The Netherlands and already live within commutable distance.
