Als Meewerkend Voorman Conservering ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt binnen de afdeling. Je combineert coördineren en leidinggeven met het zelf uitvoeren van werkzaamheden als Industrieel Spuiter en/of Straler. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen de afdeling Conservering.
• Zelf meewerken als Industrieel Spuiter en/of Straler.
• Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het team.
• Ondersteunen van de lijncoördinator bij verschillende operationele werkzaamheden.
• Inwerken, trainen en begeleiden van nieuwe collega’s.

Over de vacature

Overview

In deze rol vertaal je internationale visie naar concrete Benelux-toepassingen en bewaak je GSN KPI's. Je werkt samen met het sales- en managementteam aan structurele verbetering van commerciële prestaties en vormt dé coachende motor achter een sterke, doelgerichte salesorganisatie. Je inspireert en ondersteunt het salesteam bij het vertalen van de Technogym-visie naar dagelijkse praktijk, met een data-gedreven, resultaatgerichte aanpak. Je onderhoudt nauwe samenwerking met de Managing Director en Sales Managers om kansen te identificeren en impact te vergroten. Je draait aan de knop van trainingsinitiatieven, hands-on feedback en continue optimalisaties om prestaties te verhogen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Begeleiden en motiveren van het Benelux salesteam bij de toepassing van Technogym sales processen
• Waarborgen van kwaliteit en continu teit van de richtlijnen
• Bewaken van KPI's en sturen met data-analyse op prestaties
• Samenwerken met Managing Director en Sales Managers om de impact van salesactiviteiten te vergroten
• Analyseren van bestaande werkwijzen, identificeren van verbeterkansen en ondersteuning bij implementatie van optimalisaties
• Geven van inspirerende commerciële trainingen die het team versterken
• Uitvoeren van duo-bezoeken en schaduwbezoeken met Field en Inside Sales Team voor hands-on advies

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een internationale omgeving en een adviesfunctie

• Sales ervaring of stevige kennis van verkoopprocessen

• Ervaring met CRM systeem, bij voorkeur Salesforce

• Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pré

Over de vacature

As a Senior ITAD Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new commercial opportunities within ITAD and the wider IT lifecycle. You will work with both customers and partners and play an important role in further growing the international ITAD business.
Your responsibilities include:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within ITAD, IT asset recovery, buy-back solutions, circular IT, refurbishment, and IT lifecycle services
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, brokers, and strategic partners
• Develop and manage your own sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities from initial contact through to further commercial discussions
• Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities where ITAD and IT lifecycle solutions can add value
• Work closely with internal teams such as Services, Operations, Logistics, and Stock Management to develop suitable solutions
• Prepare commercial proposals and work with internal stakeholders on pricing, feasibility, and delivery
• Develop the company's international network of customers and partners
• Monitor developments within the ITAD and circular IT market and identify new opportunities
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve and professionalize the ITAD business
• Keep your activities, contacts, and opportunities up to date in the CRM system
• Take ownership of your opportunities and ensure clear communication and follow-up throughout the sales process

Requirements

• You have several years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar commercial role, with a strong background in ITAD, IT asset recovery, IT lifecycle services, or a closely related field
• You have a proven track record in developing new business and building long-term commercial relationships
• You have experience working with corporate and/or international customers
• You speak English at a professional level; additional languages are a plus
• You have strong commercial and negotiation skills
• You are comfortable identifying opportunities and turning them into concrete business
• You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable taking ownership
• You communicate easily with both customers and internal stakeholders
• You are structured in your way of working and understand the importance of good follow-up

• Previous experience working as a Financial Controller in the Dutch market. This is a requirement for the role.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, reconciliations and internal controls.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a strong advantage.
