As a full-time operator in the cooking and mixing department, you will combine your technical skills with the highest standards of quality. You will start directly with a 7-month contract and a gross monthly salary of up to €3.500,- incl. shift allowance!

who are you
As an operator at Solina, you must meet the following requirements:

• You are available full-time for the 3-shift rotation
• You have your own transport to get to Nieuw-Vennep
• You speak either Dutch or English
• You can read and understand Dutch text
• You have at least 2 years of experience in machine operation

what will you do
As an operator, you are responsible for ensuring the production process runs smoothly. Initially, you will focus mainly on the 'Cooking & Mixing' department, where the foundation for the sauces and marinades is laid. You will operate the machines independently and intervene when necessary.

The fixed working hours in the 3-shift rotation are from 06:00 to 15:00, from 14:00 to 23:00, or from 22:00 to 07:00. On top of your basic hourly wage, you will receive a 25% shift allowance for the hours worked between 18:00 and 00:00. Working between 00:00 and 06:00? Then you will benefit from an extra allowance of 50% per hour! This will significantly boost your monthly salary.

• Setting up, starting, and monitoring the production lines

Als operator bij Solina moet je aan de volgende eisen voldoen:

• Je bent fulltime beschikbaar voor de 3-ploegendienst
• Je beschikt over eigen vervoer om in Nieuw-Vennep te komen
• Je spreekt de Nederlandse of Engelse taal
• Je kunt Nederlandse tekst lezen en begrijpen
• Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met machinebediening

wat ga je doen
Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van het productieproces. Je richt je in het begin voornamelijk op de 'Cooking & Mixing' afdeling, waar de basis voor de sauzen en marinades wordt gelegd. Je bedient zelfstandig de machines en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is.

De vaste werktijden in de 3-ploegendienst zijn van 06:00 tot 15:00 uur, van 14:00 tot 23:00 uur of van 22:00 tot 07:00 uur. Bovenop jouw basisuurloon ontvang je voor de uren die je tussen 18:00 en 00:00 uur werkt een ploegentoeslag van 25%. Werk je tussen 00:00 en 06:00 uur? Dan profiteer je zelfs van een extra toeslag van 50% per uur! Hierdoor loopt jouw maandsalaris flink op.

• Instellen, opstarten en controleren van de productielijnen
• Uitvoeren van periodieke proces- en kwaliteitscontroles
• Registreren van productiegegevens in de systemen
• Signaleren en oplossen van kleine machinestoringen
• Ombouwen van de installaties volgens de planning
• Schoonhouden en veilig houden van jouw eigen werkplek
