Wat je gaat doen

Als technisch productiemedewerker werk je samen met drie collega's in een klein team. Je houdt je bezig met verschillende onderdelen van het productieproces en leert steeds beter hoe de machines en technieken werken. Je stelt productiemachines in, bedient ze tijdens de productie en houdt goed in de gaten of alles volgens plan verloopt. Vervolgens controleer je het eindresultaat. Zie je een afwijking of ontstaat er een kleine technische storing? Dan probeer je deze op te lossen of schakel je een collega in. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Instellen en bedienen van productiemachines;
• Snijden en stansen van verschillende materialen;
• Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen;
• Controleren van producten op kwaliteit;
• Verplaatsen van materialen met de heftruck, je kan deze behalen via Start People.

Omdat je in een team van drie collega's werkt, zijn de lijnen kort. Je krijgt persoonlijke begeleiding en leert steeds meer werkzaamheden zelfstandig uitvoeren. Zo kun je jezelf stap voor stap ontwikkelen richting operator en uiteindelijk misschien zelfs voorman.

Wat je gaat doen

Als allround technisch productiemedewerker werk je aan specialistische maatwerkproducten van hout en karton. Je leest technische tekeningen, bewerkt materialen met machines en handgereedschappen en monteert verschillende onderdelen tot een compleet product. Je bent betrokken bij het hele productieproces: van het voorbereiden en bewerken van materialen tot de montage en kwaliteitscontrole. Je werkt zelfstandig aan uiteenlopende opdrachten en denkt mee over verbeteringen in het productieproces. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Produceren, bewerken en monteren van houten en kartonnen maatwerkproducten;
• Lezen en toepassen van technische tekeningen;
• Werken met verschillende machines en handgereedschappen;
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en controleren van het eindproduct;
• Signaleren van afwijkingen en meedenken over verbeteringen.

Je werkt van maandag tot en met donderdag van 07.30 tot 16.45 uur. Op vrijdag werk je van 07.30 tot 12.15 uur. Terwijl anderen nog een halve werkdag voor de boeg hebben, begint jouw weekend dus al.

A small metal component is lying on your workbench. Using a microscope, you inspect it to ensure that it has been finished correctly. Do you spot a small imperfection? You make sure it is removed with great precision. As a Production Worker in Finishing, you will work with high-quality metal components that must meet strict quality standards down to the smallest detail. Your role as a production worker

As a production worker, you'll collect and pack an average of 150 orders per shift in our high-tech warehouse. Thanks to our 'product-to-person' system, you just need to fill the crate and check the product quality - no walking miles around the building. Together with your team, you help keep the workplace clean and safe. During your shift, you'll have two paid breaks where you can enjoy free meals and drinks with your colleagues in the restaurant.

Your profile

• You're at least 18 years old
• You're physically fit and up for active work
• You take initiative and want to learn new skills
• Basic Dutch or English is enough - your teammates will support you
