Functieomschrijving

Als CNC operator draag je een grote verantwoordelijkheid en ben je dagelijks bezig met de volgende werkzaamheden:

• Instellen, bedienen en continu monitoren van geavanceerde metaalbewerkingsmachines.
• Bewerken van grote stalen platen tot 30 ton en 28 meter lengte , waarbij precisie en aandacht essentieel zijn.
• Uitvoeren van regulier onderhoud om de machines in optimale conditie te houden.
• Controleren van de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde stalen constructies.

Als Allround Operator Zagerij ben je een cruciale schakel in het productieproces. Je bent van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor het vakkundig bewerken van diverse soorten plaatmateriaal voor uitdagende projecten in de bouw en interieurbouw.

Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

• Machinale bewerkingen: Het instellen, bedienen en controleren van geavanceerde machines (o.a. CNC, opdeelzaag, wandzaag en alubender) voor het zagen, boren en frezen van plaatmateriaal.
• Planning & Logistiek: Het meedenken over en bewaken van de dagplanning, stellen van prioriteiten en coördineren van de interne materiaalstromen.
