Als Recruitment Specialist help jij onze klanten bij het verbeteren of inrichten van hun recruitmentproces. Je geeft advies, werkt een plan uit en evalueert continu je uitgevoerde acties met de stakeholders om samen nóg beter te worden. Er is namelijk altijd ruimte voor verbetering! Je bent betrokken bij verschillende projecten, zoals implementatie van ATS-systemen, opstellen van functieprofielen, schrijven van vacatureteksten, doelgroepmarketing, actieve werving van kandidaten uit naam van de klant, Talent Pooling, Employer Branding, Employee Journey en voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken en het begeleiden van sollicitatietrajecten van A-Z. Kortom, een zeer divers takenpakket waarmee jij je nooit zal vervelen.

• Minimaal 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring in recruitment (bureau of corporate)

Over de functie

As a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer CAM Engineer you will be responsible for creating NC programs for multi-axis milling and mill-turn machines, as well as providing essential shop floor support to CNC machine operators. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and precise manufacturing of landing gear parts, and you will play a key role in solving machining problems as they arise.

What you'll do

• Develop / optimize NC programs for multi-axis milling and mill-turn machines using advanced CAM software.
• Provide hands-on shop floor support to CNC operators, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues on the shop floor to maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that machining processes meet the required specifications and standards.
• Continuously improve machining processes and contribute to the development of best practices within the department.
• Utilize root cause analysis, preventative and corrective action to reduce / eliminate non-conformances.
• Develop / improve standard operation procedures (SOP).

Wie ben jij?

• Bachelor's in engineering (e.g. Engineering, Manufacturing Technology).
• 5 Years' experience in a hard metal manufacturing and a passion for precision, multi-axis machining.
• Proficient in using CATIA V5. Experience with TopSolid, Siemens NX CAM, Vericut, CrashGuard, Tooltech and TDM is an advantage.
• Strong ability to read and interpret Siemens NC code and Heidenhain.
• Extensive experience with on-machine probing.
• Experience and knowledge with hard metals;
• Proven experience with deep-hole drilling, mill-turning and turning techniques.
• Solid background in operating and programming CNC machines, with a deep understanding of multi-axis milling and mill-turn operations. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of GD&T.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support production activities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with CNC operators and other team members.

Je werkt in een klein team met een Silicon Valley-mentaliteit: als je een goed idee hebt, gaan we het doen. Van idee naar productie in dagen, niet maanden. Je zorgt dat vacatures automatisch naar de juiste kanalen gaan, dat campagnes slimmer worden aangestuurd en dat de kwaliteit continu stijgt.
• Jij automatiseert recruitment-campagnes en sourcing. Je bouwt workflows die vacatures automatisch publiceren, kandidaten proactief benaderen en opvolging stroomlijnen. Van het schrijven van gepersonaliseerde outreach tot het automatisch schedulen van interviews: jij maakt het mogelijk.
• Jij verbreedt naar het hele medewerkersdomein. Je werkt aan gepersonaliseerde onboarding die zich aanpast aan elke nieuwe collega, een interne selfservice Q&A voor HR-zaken en L&D-ondersteuning die medewerkers helpt sneller te groeien.
