In Hoofddorp is de werkvloer ingericht op praktisch productie- en bedieningswerk waarbij samenwerken en aandacht voor veiligheid centraal staan. Medewerkers in deze omgeving voeren operationele taken uit, controleren kwaliteit en rapporteren afwijkingen volgens geldende werkvoorschriften. De productieomgeving vraagt van medewerkers dat zij nauwkeurig en proactief omgaan met procesbewaking en dat zij kleine storingen zelfstandig kunnen oplossen of tijdig melden aan de technische dienst. • Als Operator Productie ben je verantwoordelijk voor
• Je bedient productie-installaties en voert productiewerkzaamheden uit als Operator Productie
• Je stelt machines gereed en start productieprocessen als Operator Productie
• Je signaleert en verhelpt kleine storingen en schakelt technische dienst in bij complexe problemen
• Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van producten door visuele controles en registratie van afwijkingen
• Je werkt volgens veiligheids- en werkvoorschriften en draagt bij aan toolboxoverleggen

Functie-eisen:

• MBO werk- en denkniveau of vergelijkbare praktische ervaring in een productieomgeving
• Beschikbaarheid om te werken in 3 ploegendienst
• Ervaring met bedienen van productiemachines of motivatie om dit te leren
• Veiligheidsbewust en bereid om werkvoorschriften en procedures strikt te volgen

Wij bieden:

• Salaris: €3100 - €3700 per maand

Over de functie

As an Assembly Technician, you will work on the assembly of high quality precision mechanical and mechatronic products in a cleanroom environment. Based on technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards, you will assemble components and complete modules with the highest level of precision.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling precision mechanical and mechatronic products;
• Assembling hose bundles, tubing, fittings, and other high tech components;
• Performing quality inspections and checking products for dimensions and functionality;
• Working according to cleanroom procedures and quality standards;
• Preparing, testing, and getting products ready for shipment;
• Actively contributing ideas for improving work processes, quality, and efficiency.

You will receive a comprehensive onboarding and training program to ensure that you become familiar with all processes and quality standards.

Wie ben jij?

You are precise, have an eye for detail, and place a strong emphasis on quality. You have a technical mindset, are eager to learn, and feel comfortable working in a production environment where precision is essential. You are able to work independently while also being a strong team player.

In addition, you have:

• A completed MBO level technical education or equivalent practical and intellectual working level;
• Experience in precision mechanical or technical assembly;
• An affinity with technology and a quality focused approach to work;
• Experience in a production environment is an advantage;
• Experience working in a cleanroom is an advantage;
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus;
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and team oriented attitude;
• Willingness to work in a two shift system;
• Good command of either Dutch or English.
