who are you

You are a curious and customer-focused marketer with a passion for sports and the culture surrounding them. You know how to translate data into smart actions and have an eye for creative design.

• Education and Experience: A bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, customer relationship management, or brand marketing;
• Analytical Skills: Experience analyzing results, customer insights, and campaign performance;
• Target Audience Focus: Experience with segmentation and personalized customer journeys;
• Project management: Ability to independently manage projects and integrate creative tasks with practical ones;
• Collaboration: Experience managing external agencies and facilitating feedback sessions;
• System knowledge: Familiarity with programs such as Keynote, AirTable, Figma, and Tableau.

what will you do

You’ll be the specialist in digital customer communication. You’ll ensure that marketing campaigns run smoothly and align with user needs.

• Planning and executing campaigns: You’ll help set up marketing campaigns, provide instructions to the external agency, review designs, and schedule messages;
• Improving customer journeys: You’ll contribute ideas for automated messages and help continuously improve the communication strategy;
• Analyzing data: You’ll collect data from digital channels, derive insights from it, and provide recommendations to achieve better results;
• Ensuring compliance with guidelines: You’ll share your knowledge of brand guidelines and help colleagues apply best practices.

where will you work

work
You'll be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus fully immersed in the energy and values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).

• travel allowance: €0.23 per km (up to a maximum of 100 km per day)
