what will you do
As an operator at Hellema, you play an indispensable role in the baking process. From fruit bars to spicy speculaas, everything passes through the production lines. Your specific workstation determines your daily tasks, ensuring plenty of variety. You might start at the mixing machines, where we blend the ingredients into a perfect dough.
Working as a moulder is also an option. In this role, the machines are adjusted with extreme precision. This ensures that every cookie has exactly the right shape and size. A keen eye for the smallest details is constantly required. Continuous checks on the dough guarantee the highest quality. Together with the team, we ensure a delicious end product every day!

Hellema Hallum zoekt een enthousiaste personeelsplanner om de productieafdeling in goede banen te leiden. In deze fulltime functie van 40 uur per week word je onderdeel van het Bedrijfsbureau in Hallum. Samen met een directe collega zorg je voor een optimale inzet van personeel binnen een groeiend en modern Fries familiebedrijf.

Je bent een analytische puzzelaar die rustig blijft wanneer de planning plotseling verandert. Met je sociale en doortastende karakter weet je medewerkers en uitzendbureaus op de juiste manier te woord te staan.
wat ga je doen
Als personeelsplanner zorg je dat elke dag de juiste mensen op de juiste plek staan bij de productielijnen. Je kijkt hierbij niet alleen naar de cijfers, maar ook naar de kwaliteiten van de medewerkers. Naast het maken van de roosters regel je de bijbehorende administratie en houd je nauw contact met uitzendbureaus en teamleiders om alles soepel te laten verlopen.
